I will never go to CVS again. The clerk and the manager at this location were rude and not willing to help me with my rewards coupon. They told me I could not use my rewards coupon because it was not from my CVS card. I said I only have one CVS card and when I used it last this is the rewards coupon that was printed from it. I told them this has happened before and the other locations have used it. This is why I don’t even bother trying to use the rewards coupons and I never will again. I took off the CVS card from my key chain and told them to keep it. I will never go to CVS again. I will transfer my scripts to another pharmacy. I miss Rite Aid.

My medications were spoken out loud twice. Other customers were all around me. Both times I said something about my confidentiality. Neither woman took me seriously, they didn't even answer. That's my PHI and I didn't give permission to have it announced. I don't have any choice but to report this and start over elsewhere. Rite Aid knew how to be tactful when they had questions, but they closed and sent me to CVS. They were just fine until now.

The coupon situation is such a pain you shouldn't have to search and download if you remember, they should just automatically come off

Mandy. the pharmacy manager, is the worst, most incompetent pharmacist I have ever dealt with. She is rude, unprofessional, uncaring, and should not work in retail. I will never recommend this store to anyone.

I went to use the UPS access point to drop off my packages. The employee claimed they were too much. The access points adhere to the same size and weight polices as a standard UPS… They were not that large and not that heavy. Do not make up rules just because you do not feel like doing your job.

I needed to print out an Extrabucks reward and one of the cashiers at this store helped me two weeks ago but today, the STORE MANAGER not only responded with a firm NO but also using 'threatening' tone said printing it violated the company policy (I already confirmed with online customer service that the store could print it). They got 0 relationship with pickup order and kept asking me who did that for me and the cashier will be in trouble. The STORE MANAGER was unprofessional and inexperienced. I ended up going to the CVS on South Atherton St. The manger there was super nice and knowledgeable. He helped me to print it out in 10 seconds.

Horrible customer service. Pharmacy staff is rude, unpleasant and apparently aren’t aware their job is in customer service.

Customer service in the pharmacy section is the worst I've ever experienced in the US. The person was unable to help schedule vaccine appointments and complained about me asking. Avoid CVS North Atherton.

Not a fan of this pharmacy. Lots of strange issues with prescriptions, often change their hours on a whim, difficult to get a walk in vaccine when advertised. Dealt with a lot of rudeness and unhelpful people in regards to Rxs over the years.

they continue to want to take personal information to tie my health records to my purchases there. creepy. I may have to frequent the Boalsburg Apothecary more often. ps. The corporate pictures, including the corporate banners are indicative about how much they care. the banners show that twice! I shop there when I have to.

0/10, would rather be sick than pick up something here. The pharmacists drag their feet. Did not submit prior authorization request until it was too late and my insurance was changing. They blame doctors and insurance when doctors and insurance both say the pharmacy hasn't submitted the proper requests on time.

After switching insurance companies, I have been having an issue getting one of my medications covered. I spoke with a pharmacist last week who told me, if a prior authorization is denied that I can pay for it out of pocket. I called today and they are not filling it. I tried speaking with the pharmacist who did not want to give me any details and kept avoiding answers when asking for specific information. After awhile the pharmacist rudely said ‘You’re way to hung up on the details’. Which really hurt and made my depression and anxiety kick in. I started to get choked up while I was speaking afterward and explained how this medication really helps me. She giggled and sounded amused and continued to not be helpful. Now being a pharmacist she was looking at my medication history right in front of her, is that how you talk with a patient who has documented depression and anxiety? Also, ma’am to find out you have an undiagnosed mental disorder at the age of 35, to be prescribed a medication that has changed your life more than the current anxiety and depression medication you are already on, to have it improve your relationship with your family, and quality of life, to then be told even though I have a valid prescription from a local doctor they wont fill it, and then have the pharmacist insult me and laugh at me, you would be hung up too. This woman should not work in any customer facing role for people, she has no soul and frankly should not have a pharmacy license. She does not deserve it. Its disgusting to think a CVS pharmacist treats people this way.
