Was in line once, they moved me to another lady and said once she gets the prescription figured out and I get back through the line it would be ready. Mind you they already called my husband 2 hours prior this morning and told him it was ready. 7 people in the pharmacy working. I am not impressed. I'll stick to my local pharmacy.

Spent the better part of an hour waiting for them to correctly enter my insurance information after giving them my insurance card. It can’t be that hard with all the correct information right in front of you.

This horrible hole deserves a negative review. We just stopped to get a prescription for my husband and they close at 6:00 PM on a Saturday. We came in slightly after because who would think a major retail drugstore in a large town like this would close earlier than a daycare and their listed close time is 10:00 PM. People were still there who could have pulled the prescription out and rang him up, but they refused. This is a disgrace of a “business” and CVS should take a good look at this location.

I am warning people about how horrible of a business CVS is - letting me go a week without medications and no updates from them. When we tried to pick it up, they assured us it would be there the next day. It was not. They let us come there and didn’t call or text to let us know. Had to wait another two days, and when I called to enquirer directly to find out if they finally had it, I was put through to an automated system that didn’t even list the medicine I was calling to get refilled - just a bunch of irrelevant nonsense and no way to even put in my prescription number to find out if they had it. I switched to Wegman’s. Dignity and respect elude this company and obviously they don’t need my business. What a mindless, amoral, awful uncaring lack of customer service and lack of care as I struggle two days without the medication. I was treated better where I was NOT a customer at Wegman’s than by my local pharmacy that was happy to take my money but not offer any real customer service. What a horrid pharmacy.

It was somewhat different shops experience. The store was doing a reset of products so store was not its usual organized store.

We were buying vitamins but on self checkout there were issues with our discount coupons. The cashier (Jenna) quickly helped to figure that out. Usually errors with coupons cause a lot of frustration in other cvs places, but here we had good experience ?

This pharmacy has not been acting as one. They just count pills, that's it. They are not on top of your prescriptions, they do not order medication so that they can fill refills on time. You have to do your own research and you have to be very careful about your medications because they will not help you stay on top. It was getting bad before but now that CVS owns all the pharmacies in State College they really don't care.

The store manager was nice and super knowledgable! He helped me to solve the Extrabucks reward problem in 20 seconds. Other staff are super also friendly! Great service!

Poor Customer Service : I went to the CVS a few evenings ago with a list of items I needed. It was very busy. One of the items I needed was in an aisle where an employee was arranging items on the shelves. I needed to go into the aisle to look for what I was hoping to purchase. The person stocking the shelves and rearranging, the items, said, "Just tell me what you need and I'll get it for you." Well, I didn't know exactly what I wanted. She was not at all accommodating. Could've taken a minute of her stopping and letting me browse a little, and then I would have been out of her way. They lost a sale. Not feeling positive after that moment I stopped shopping and purchased a few things but not everything I needed. Poor customer service.

This pharmacy is the worst that I have ever dealt with. I had to wait for 26 minutes on the phone to speak with someone in the pharmacy. When I mentioned this they blew me off, didn’t even give an explanation. I will take my business elsewhere.

I bought a covid test that was that was on a shelf that said 11.99. After I walked out I realized that I was charged 23.99. I went back in and they would not give me my money back because they said it's unreturnable.
