First time I called CVS today. The lady that I was talking to is very irritable and so impatient, impolite and hanged up the phone with out saying goodbye or anything. I felt she just hang up on me.Rude. I hope not all employees at CVS Target are like her.

I've had great experiences at CVS pharmacies in Targets until this one. The staff is irritable and unhelpful. I've filled several prescriptions at this pharmacy and have not had a positive experience yet with the staff. Most recently, my doctor called in a prescription incorrectly and instead of explaining what needed to change, the staff condescendingly and hesitantly agreed to check into the issue. I will be changing pharmacies.

In the short time that I has my prescriptions filled at this CVS, I was very impressed with the customer service. Tim the pharmacist went out of his way to right missing insurance details on my behalf. He was very patient with me and is the reason I will rate this CVS 5 stars! Thank you again!

Submitted a prescription renewal Wednesday or Thursday night and stopped by Sunday afternoon to pick it up. Pharmacist was friendly but said they never got the order and only had enough for a partial refill; come back tomorrow. So, I called today and asked a "team member" for an estimated time that the prescription will be available. She responded in a rude tone with, "Well, seeing as I just got here 10 minutes ago, I haven't even looked at the order yet, so no, I don't know when it will be available." Me: "Okay. When should I call back to ask?" Her: "Call back in a couple hours, and we should know more." Thank you. I will be getting my prescriptions elsewhere in the future.
