East Asian Market is a Chinese supermarket convenient for students and others. It is a small but well-stocked store with all the essentials and friendly staff. It is considered a good place for Asian groceries, especially for fresh and affordable vegetables. It is also the best setup for hotpot ingredients, offering various items like sliced meat, fish balls, and sauces. While it may not have the best selection of Asian snacks, it carries unique items like specific curry pastes not found elsewhere. The frozen foods are also noted to be of high quality.
I visit this place every week because they have a wide variety of international groceries. These days, I wouldn’t buy groceries from any other store. It’s always my go-to for everything I need.

Good selection of fresh produce and East Asian spices, sauces, etc. We use this store more than any other similar store in town.

You won't convinced me that there is a better Asian grocery store in state college. They are so friendly!! There are so many options both fresh, frozen, and packed!
