Unfortunately, I made my last purchase here. Rude front desk lady and can not help or refused to help. They sell things and don't even know what additional seals are required to properly install or replace uv light. Was told they don't sell any seals which i have gotten there in the past but again she refused to help or even look it up.

EcoWater has been great to work with. Their technicians who install and service their product are friendly, efficient, and so helpful. I had a recent service call and the technician and Brandy who helped schedule everything were so great to work with.
