I rented a one way car rental to take me to Johnstown airport. The reservation was made 3 months ago. Yesterday I confirmed my trip with an agent at the state college location. Today less than two hours before I was supposed to pick it up, they called to tell me there were no cars. Unbelievably poor. When I called they didn’t even say they were sorry just too bad so sad… I’m not going to use them again.

Rented a car for two weeks while mine was being repaired. Only complaint I have is they’re not super accommodating, recognizing that when you need to rent a car, you’re kind of in a bind. Anyway, got a fairly clean, newer rental. It was easy to renew my rental for the second week. Staff was friendly on the phone and in person.

My insurance rent a car for me here, and the service is great! My insurance actually made a reservation at downtown Hertz first, but they never contacted me. After waiting for a week, I tried to call them but could never reach them. We change the reservation to here, and the team called me literally immediately! I was able to get a car the next day, and the car’s condition was awesome! They communicate with me in a timely manner whenever there’s something I need to know. They also offered me a ride home after I returned the car. This is my first time renting a car, and I think I will always go with Enterprise now

They unreasonably cancelled our reservation for car. They said that because we didn’t catch a phone call from them, but the website said we successfully rented the car. Is it appropriate to cancel our rent car due to this reason?

Reserved a SUV (Ford Edge) almost one month in advance and got only a single pickup (Toyota Tacoma) available in the whole lot during rental. No prior notice or phone call saying they didn’t have my contact no! Terrible experience of driving around 450 miles round trip to PHL airport on a rainy day with all 6 luggage uncovered at the back!!Unexpected unprofessional service.

Outstanding location of Enterprise Rent-A-Car!! I needed a rental car for about a month while my car was in the shop for some major work. They worked with me on my schedule and were so accommodating to all my questions and concerns. They made sure I knew about all the features of the car before I left their location. EVERY person I dealt with from there, in person and on the phone, was professional and very friendly. I highly recommend using Enterprise Rent-A-Car at this location!

Worst rental company. Booked twice and never got a car. They say it is available via phone, but when the time comes, they will say they do not have a car. Already ruined my trips twice. I hope enterprise can do something about it.

My insurance company made a reservation but they don't have a car for four more days. At least they called me to let me know this but the reservation shouldn't have been allowed to go through in the first place.

So fortunate to be the first name on the thanksgiving feathers . The staff are awesome ?! I will definitely come back for travel car rental again! The only two disadvantages are: 1. they didn’t have weekends’ returning, because they closed on weekends. Therefore, leisure car rental is inconvenient. 2. The fuel plan they offered is EXPENSIVE. Unless you are confident that you used up the fuel, it will be more expensive than going to the gas station by yourself. Even though the gas price per gallon seems “cheaper “, you should be aware that you are paying the whole tank capacity’s fuel.
