I'm not sure about any of the other services, but we have a shipping account with Fed Ex and the employees at this location always do an amazing job! I have visited so many times and never thought to leave a review - but my visit this week as especially great. Bridget and Jessica were behind the counter and they had just handled a deluge of students shipping things home after finals. I had a fragile gift for them to box and ship to New York, and they listened and commiserated with me about the frustrating day I'd had while packing it super safely with bubble wrap, paper and an extra big box. They even gave me a giant marker to draw some fun designs on it for my friend as they rang me up! They work really well as a team when it's busy and they keep a great attitude. I am never stressed when I have to go to Fed Ex on N. Atherton - I know they'll do a good job!

the lady working the evening shift during the week is super kind and helpful, and I had no problems and a nice chat while getting a frustrating return situated. FedEx even covered the return shipping with a QR code. Not one negative thing to say.

Don’t print here. They can’t seem to get it right. It won’t match your preview on the site. I’ve printed twice now and both times it had a white border. The photo was made in photoshop with exact measurements to match the size I needed so there’s no reason it should have been “off”.

I used FedEx rush my passport service. In short, it’s a scam. the FedEx office screwed up my application, and then rush my passport themselves are just the worst. They don’t return phone calls, they don’t answer their phone, I don’t think they actually speed anything up, they even have a recording that blames their poor service on Covid– five years after the pandemic!

TLDR: If you want to make international shipments (esp. to China): take your business to UPS store next door.
The staff here won’t help you AT ALL to figure out how to obtain an EEI number for international custom clearance, nor they will tell you whether you’re exempted from providing an EEI number.
(I had to be on the phone with government call center for an hour to figure this out. If your package is less than $2500 in value, your exception code should be 30.37a). You’d imagine for something as simple as this, the staff, based on their years of experience, will know. But they’re just as clueless as me.
The staff then proceeded to blame the Chinese customs for prohibiting documents to be sent to a residential address. I think it sounds absurd. So I can’t send my mom a personal letter? With a lot of chaos, I left.
My experience with UPS is way better. I didn’t have to file an EEI form to make the shipment, I didn’t need to clarify what kind of address I’m sending my documents to, the staff there just handled everything smoothly for me. I think there’s something wrong about FedEx’s internal process that requires an EEI for all international services but does not provide training to its staff members.

There is one awfully slow employee present and I have been standing here for over 40 minutes with a pre-paid package to ship. Literally saw her looking up instructions on how to do her job as she went. Did not look up, ask what I needed, or attempt to multi-task. It could literally be turned into a British, dry humor, comedy. Management needs to do better training, have more hands on deck, or shut down this store. At this rate it'll go out of business anyway. I hate to be rude, but this is just plain ridiculous. Once she got done cutting paper for a the customer ahead of me, she rang me up in less than 30 seconds. Longest 30 seconds of my life.

When I purchase something I cringe and really think about it if the return policy comes with a fed ex label. I try to avoid this place at all costs. I don't know the name of the employee who may be the manager but he is the Antithesis of customer service and wanting to help people. Dear Fed Ex, if you want good customer service I would try to poach the workers at UPS store who are very attentive helpful and friendly. The people here leave the counter when you walk in, specifically the one possible manager guy. He does not usually pay attention to the counter until you have. been standing there for 5 minutes or so

I came into this FedEx today to print something and everyone was unfriendly and not willing to help.i walked in and said hello and was greeted by stone cold faces .. I struggled with the print machine and I asked a question to the lady behind the desk who couldn’t be bothered with me. Terrible service.

I was in there two different days, both times having trouble returning the same heavy and awkward package I got from Amazon. The second time the store manager Evan was there and he went above and beyond to help me. I should have known with a name like his that I was in good hands. He solved all my issues and made sure I was taken care of.
