Great haircut for a fair price. Fast and friendly. I like their online check-in experience better than Supercut's, too, although Supercut's does let you pick a time slot any time during the day (if any are actually available), whereas GreatClips just lets you check in ahead of time for the next available opening.

Their system is super convenient to busy parents. I check in online and when we come the boys get their cuts. They also save the cut settings for each child which makes it so very easy!

I asked for a medium fade, even showed a reference picture, but what I received was not a fade at all. Instead, my haircut has a harsh weight line with no blending, more like an uneven taper or undercut that was never finished. The transition is choppy, and it looks nothing like the smooth, gradual medium fade I requested.
When you go to a barber, you expect them to listen to what you ask for and deliver a clean, professional cut. Unfortunately, that didn’t happen here. I left disappointed and will not be coming back.

Sometimes the barbers were good, but some of them weren’t. 60% of the time I’m satisfied with the haircut but sometimes the barbers don’t follow the directions or somehow just make it look bad. Not bad but not great service overall.

This is by far the busiest Great Clips I have ever been to. Every time we have tried to go, they have had a wait of about 2 hours, which is the cutoff for maximum wait list length on the website, so it's very difficult to get in. The place is severely understaffed, which isn't their fault but it means that the workers are often very stressed and unhappy. Beyond the staffing and waiting problems, they do a decent job at cutting hair though!

Horrible job by the manager. (The one that looks like a haunted Mansion butler) she can't fade, blend or speak without nagging. Would not recommend coming here if you need to look presentable.
