“Update: Indeed a great store. I loved spending time with my daughter. I gave them 2 stars for the poor customer service. I was looking for some items on clearance I saw the day before and they stacked those all on the back aisle. I was walking out with some regular items, and cahsier said the manager on the other cash can help.
The manager asked me to meet on the back of store, then pointed finger to wait by the door. He talked, and then went to help other associates around and I was waiting there for at least 15-20 minutes!! Clearance item was for giveaway, and I am not someone accept such negligence. Wont be shopping at this store anymore, but I will miss shopping there. Peace!✌️

1st review: I just love this store for all different projects and items on sale! Today we went there to buy T-shirt paint, and they have a great selection of items. Easy parking and navigation around the store, never fails to impress.”

“I love to shop at Five Below. They always have a lot of interesting things that you don't typically find in other stores. I take away one star, only because the name of the store is Five Below, meaning everything is supposed to be $5 or less... however; they have been trying to sneak in more and more things that cost over $5, not keeping true to their name. One thing I can say is the store is always very clean and well organized. Staff has always been friendly and helpful.”

Stephanie was very professional and kind in remedying the situation and improving the work. We're extremely pleased with the results. Josh in the framing department was also very helpful.
