Woke employee at the return desk wouldn’t let me return an item without a receipt and wouldn’t let me speak to a manager. He had a negative attitude from the beginning of the interaction. Terrible customer service.

I got there 15 mins past noon and the garden center was open so I parked over there. I saw the associate watch me park, get out of my car and start walking that way. They decided it would be a great time to close the gate in my face? Wild.

We had gotten our grandson a hover ball for Christmas there. They had it outside the other day and the wind took it, they were unable to find it. We came to your store yesterday in hopes of finding another one. I stopped one of your employees, I believe his name is Devon, and asked if you had any more. He told us to check the clearance in the lighting department. We did, but unfortunately there weren't any. As we were leaving that department he came up to us with 2 hover balls and said he had found them in another place. He went out of his way to help us make an 8 year old boy's day. Thank you Devon for your kindness you are a true asset to Home Depot!!

Great place to go to, terrible place to call. In my experience, calls to departments are answered only 25% of the time no matter the time of day you call. I've been there a bunch of times and they aren't that busy. If you need to talk to someone there, I hope you live close, because you'll probably have to go get answers in person. I live almost 30 miles away. To have to drive there for simple answers, means I'm going to be pretty ticked off.

I really like the shopping experience on site. Staffs are nice and professional. They offer kids workshop, sponsor many local activities, like CC4H Robotics. I appreciate Home Depot for its great social responsibility.
Only thing I could complain is their app and online shopping log in verification. It need a verification code every single time, which is unnecessary and painful for my online shopping experience. I truly hope they could make some improvement on that.

Stopped in for spraypaint. Love Behr spray paint. I find with regular brands, I never get all of the paint froyhthe can even if I try all the hacks. Behr sprays down to the last spray for me .
