Was just there yesterday to get some thing to finish a project and the lady at the paint counter was amazing she let my daughter help tint the paint and was super awesome. Always have a good experience at Home Depot but that lady made this experience great.

very disappointed with this store. I ordered a gas stove 2 20 20. paid in full was to be delivered two weeks ago. never arrived when it was supposed to not even a phone call. called this store told it was damaged so never picked up. was told another one would arrive on the 11th. never heard anything. just called the store again now on the 13th. had to cancel gas company twice now. wow. never again will I purchase anything there

We renovated our house and I can't say enough good things about the most excellent gentleman (Ken) who helped us with the kitchen and bath layouts. Stellar! Every department we went to along the journey had the knowledge and information we needed to make the best choices for our home. Kudos to the folks who work at lighting and carpeting.

Scheduled delivery and installation for a dishwasher they started to set up and said that they wouldn't be able to install it because they were not permitted to do so if the dishwasher didn't have its own shut off that they would have to leave it for me to install myself even though they thought the “regulation†was ridiculous. After several hours of attempting to install it myself the water line is still leaking and now I don't have a working dishwasher and now I can't use the hot water to my kitchen sink. Went to the store to return the unneeded power cord was told that I couldn't return it yet since “it wasn't in their syatem to return it†yet since it was the same day. So now I'm out my time of trying to install it and the hour trying to return it to the store.

Ordered garage door opener & installation on-line and paid for it. Website indicates an installer would contact me in 2 days. No contact for a week and then only after I went to store and talked to front desk staff and also had to wait and talk to staff at windows and doors, wasting at least 20 mins. of my time. Came away with the name of the installer to call. When contact was finally made with installer, he refused to install unless I signed approving of the installation first. Says many people he did work for wouldn't sign approval so he didn't get paid. Also said he lives at least 2 hours out of State College, so who fixes it when it breaks? Planning to cancel order but such a waste of my time.

I use to think Lowe was good but the service I gotten at home Depot was great. Everyone in store friendly and very helpful. I love the kid program. My husband said now better than Lowe

Cannot say enough about the excellent customer service I received today from Verne. I was looking for a check valve. He took the time to ask the relevant questions, offer suggestions as to what might work best, going so far as to put the ensemble together in the store, and providing me with a diagram of how to hook it to my current system to make it work more efficiently. Granted, it may have been a simple thing for him, but it made all the difference to me. Keep this guy happy, he is a customer service gem!

We often don't give big stores credit for caring about their customers. Bill, the manager, Home Depot State College and Lori, Customer order specialist, have worked tirelessly representing me to Clopay, a garage door supplier. Clopay would have created so much good will if they had worked with Home Depot to satisfy a 'mutual customer', instead all of the good will is going to our State College Home Depot Store because Clopay is unwilling to do anything! WTG Home Depot!

I went to Home Depot to purchase patio furniture. After 25 mins of waiting for an associate to answer my questions, I decided to leave. As I was leaving I saw an employee standing nearby and asked him about the patio furniture that was on sale. Tyler (Home Depot employee) told me "Oh it isn't on sale, it is advertised on sale to get people into the store. I guess it's a marketing thing". REALLY!!! OMG-- I went home and ordered furniture on overstock.com. The customer service was terrible!!
