Let me tell you something… Excellent customer service! Excellent service technicians! High level all the way around! I will absolutely continue to bring my 2017 Mini Cooper here. They also have no problem with service animals, everyone is helpful and friendly. They even complimented me with a shuttle ride to and from my job while car was being repaired. This is how it’s done folks. Thank you Joel Confer. My companion and my Mini will certainly be back as regulars. Only suggestion would be to start becoming Mini Cooper certified as I believe there’s a big enough market in the college area to justify. Thanks again, sincerely.David M. Reavis and “Draco”

Very pleased with my experience at this BMW dealership. Daniel Rehmeyer walked me through the process of ordering a new BMW and made the process extremely easy, never once pressured me into buying anything extra. He kept me up to date the entire time I was waiting for my new 2023 M240i. This is my first BMW and I couldn’t be any more happy with it. I definitely recommend this dealership and look forward to continuing to go there for my service. 10/10

I don't typically write reviews, but the buying experience I had at Joel Confer BMW was spectacular. Dan Rehmeyer was wonderful to work with. He didn't try to sell me services I didn't need. Within an hour of waking into the dealership, I was driving home in my new car. I will differently go back!!!!!

Nice store indeed, but as a luxury car I expected better customer service. The service representative was very nice, managed an appointment for me within a day. Dropped off is fast, and hassle free. But I didn’t get reviews on the multipoint inspection, and everyone left at 5:00 pm. I’ve bought Audi, Lexus, Mercedes’ before, and I know some of those brand ensures superior customer service, compared to that I think BMW State College has room for improvement.Wanted to buy some accessories, but again not a seamless process.

Thank you for your GREAT service. I live outside of Philly and my son goes to Penn State 4hrs away.. Anyway, he had a flat tire on Thursday . I called to schedule an appointment and Corey was extremely helpful so was Steve in the parts dept. They had his vehicle done by Monday morning!! I work in a service department for a Toyota dealership as well and know what it's like when people need emergency appointments I HIGHLY recommend them! My son said; ever was very kind

Our BMW broke down on our way back to NJ, and we dropped it off Joel Confer Dealer on Friday 11/5, and we rented a Toyota to come home. The service was pretty good, especially Greg was very helpful. On 11/8, we called in and was told our car was not pulled in to be checked yet. On 11/10, we were so glad to know the car had been fixed. On 11/11 my hubby picked up the car and drove back home safely. The whole process was quick and the service was great. We are very thankful!

Great service department. The staff is always friendly and professional. Having serviced my car here since 2018 and never have an issue.Price is what you'd normally expect from a BMW dealer. They occasionally send out email discounts for your next visit.

The dealer's name is Mark Noel. I made an appointment with him at 11 o’clock in the morning on May 6th, and then I wanted to test drive X3 and X3M, and then he said that he had a meeting to be busy and he does not have time to talk to us. (I do not understand if he does not have time to take to us on May 6th, why he would make an appointment with me ?) Tomorrow he has time to let me test drive the two cars. Then I came on May 7th. He sat down at the beginning and calculated the price of the car for a long time and gave it to me. Then talk to me about the price, without even taking me to take a see the car. We said that we wanted to test drive the car before discussing the price, but he rejected it affirmatively, saying that if you don't buy it today, there is no need to try it. Is this the attitude of the BMW? Yesterday, He said has plenty of time for us to test drive the car. and today he talks about the price first and even did not take us to see the car. He wasted my time twice. This is the first time I went to BMW and I am very disappointed with BMW.
