I normally avoid Kohls whenever possible, but needed to do an Amazon return and decided to give them a chance. They had one combined line for Kohls returns and Amazon scan and drop returns.
It was 12 people deep. In the middle of the day. On a Wednesday.
If your return line is that long two weeks before Christmas, you have a huge problem with your products and your customer service department.
Never Again.

frustrating when one has to try and find an associate to ask questions of. . . . .seemed like there are very few people working there and one was expected to know where everything was and other questions regarding what one was looking for......lady at checkout was very nice !
