The staff that were involved in our search and purchase for a 2026 Kia Seltos EX were excellent. Ryan Dann located our vehicle and Elizabeth Runkle financed our vehicle with an excellent monthly payment. The whole process was accomplished within 4 days. Doug Lucas in the sales dept. had our waterproof floor mats in stock and ready to go for us.

Our experience was great! From the nice courteous sales and office people, to being able to test drive by ourselves, to the ease of the paperwork/payment process. At pick-up we were shown how to set up and use many of the features the car has. Also this was the third KIA dealership we went to and they had the best deals. All in all it was great all around! We highly recommend them!

I have yet to purchase a Kia there, despite buying four new ones since 2018. As I get older, that will change one day. I have used their service dept a few times and have been highly impressed. They did work me a deal on a new vehicle while I was there and the deal was strong. Not five alarm strong but certainly solid and that was first pencil. That’s all you can ask from a local dealer. Ultimately the vehicle was just out of my budget even if they lost money. At my last service appt they helped me tremendously on a claim for a certified GT I bought in Cleveland. Could have easily denied it but they didn’t. That alone will afford them the first and last shot at my next purchase. Thanks LCK!

Lion Country Kia's reputation is extremely well deserved. The sales team was informative and personable, but didn't attempt to upsell or pressure in any way. Both the sticker price and interest rates were extremely attractive and the entire purchasing process was quick and smooth (lasted barely an hour). As good an experience purchasing a new car as I can imagine.

My vehicle unfortunately needed to go to their service department. They kept me informed of what was wrong with my vehicle, and shockingly my balance due was $0. They completed some recalls and updated a software system, and that fixed everything!!! Highly recommend!
