Just wanted to take a moment to THANK the Service Team at Lion Country Kia. My daughter had engine falure on her car while she is in Penn State for school so we had to deal with this from a distance and not only did they take care of the dealing with the warranty they also installed the new engine in two days and my daughter was back on the road again.Again Thank You we appreciate everything you guys did.Andrew Needleman

I absolutely love Lion Country Kia. I’ve had two Kia’s from them and they’re the best little cars ever. The service center is always great and Tim and Jesse always make sure you know what’s going on with your car. They even went a mile when I scheduled an oil change and tired rotation to help vacuum the car out for me. Awesome service and customer experience.

My husband and I had a pleasant experience buying our vehicle from Lion Country Kia! Tyler Boone was thorough, responsive and helpful during the few weeks we were gathering information about comparable cars. Lion Country Kia had a laid back atmosphere, which we enjoyed compared to other dealerships.

Justin Packer at Lion Country Kia was an amazing help through the car buying process. I would say he was more like a magician than a salesman.Justin was able to assist me in buying a Kia EV 6 in a less than 24 hour turnaround time frame! This included getting the car from a different location, financing the vehicle through Kia, trading a car in and having the vehicle charged, cleaned and ready to take home in a 20 hour window. Like I said, he has magic.Justin not only made the whole process easy, he is fun to work with. He has a great sense of humor and enjoys his job and his customers. The worst customer service I've ever received. I've talked to two different salespersons in different time only because I am really interested in purchasing a Kia and I'm serious about it. But it seems that the salespersons, particularly the second one I talked to, don't care about establishing new customer relationship and making sales at all. They are holding this indifferent attitude that they sell whatever they have and the customers just buy or leave. They don't even bother to learn more about what the customers want or take efforts to help customers. I wonder whether the management team is aware of this, or maybe because the market is so good now they just don't care. Unfortunately I've decided to go to other dealerships only because they treat me way more seriously. But I feel bad for this dealership.

The service department got me in on my appointment time less than an hour for oil change and routine maintenance and they took car of a service bulletin recall I did not know about the tech fully informed me of. The staff as well as fellow persons waiting for cars were very friendly and engaging, the staff offered advice and was very thorough. The facility is very clean and inviting and comfortable to wait in.

The experience I had with Lion Country Kia could not have been better! I dealt with Tyler and Dustin and was treated very professionally, but like a lifetime friend as well. We love our new Kia and will be back again in the future!

The employees of Lion Country Kia are THE ABSOLUTE BEST!! From the showroom, to parts, to the service department everyone always goes above and beyond. They have never disappointed me in any way. I don’t go in often but I am always remembered by name and asked how my family is doing. If I could give them 10 stars I would.

I have been bringing my Kia Soul to these folks for several years. They are friendly, their service is top notch! In addition, i've always been surprised that repairs didn't cost as much as expected. They only fix what's broken, and do it right the first time! I recommend them to everyone I know, even if they don't own a Kia!!

I picked up a new 2023 Kia Sportage hybrid in March. The car is great and I have no issues with it. I was also pretty happy with the deal I got on my trade in. I do have one issue with the dealership that concerns me. When I was looking at the car, the salesman made a point of telling me that if I ever needed service on the car they had loaner cars available. When me and my wife went I in to sign the papers, he told her about it also. That's not a normal policy for most dealerships, so if the salesman hadn't pointed out, I wouldn't have given it a second thought. But being that we don't have extra cats, it was something I thought was a good selling point. So when it came time for the cars first service, I contacted the service department and asked I'd a loaner car was available for when mine was in the shop. The service manager had no idea what I was taking about and said they didn't have loaner cars.I would have probably bought the car regardless of the "supposed" loaner car offer, but it was a factor that nudged my decision toward this car as funding transportation is always difficult then my car is in the shop. This is the third new car in a row I bought there, but we'll likely be the last. Not because of the car, but because of the intentional misleading by the salesman.

Everything went smoothly and fast. I got my new car within days of my walking into the display room. They gave me a generous amount for my trade in and even found an extra discount. I accidently was allowed to leave with the keys to the trade in my pocket so maybe things were going too fast. Very friendly people.

Not to happy this time , took a vehicle in for a state inspection, came away with scratch’s (spot dotted 6 of them) on my tinted window , Once I noticed I called and took right back to the dealership and the service manager along with the tech that worked on the car came out to look at it. The tech said no way he could of done it , he kept the windows down the whole time . Service manager stated that they would never try to hide anything and that they would inform the customer if something did happened. All I really know is that it wasn’t like that when it went in (FYI it was dropped off all day 7 to 3:30) it’s the white dots looking into the grass
