Their line of mattresses are exceptional (and realllly comfortable), but they pale in comparison to the customer service you’ll receive. Jimmy and Christy are AMAZING!! I would challenge anyone to find two better customer service oriented individuals in this industry. Not only do they answer all your questions, regardless how many you ask, but their is no doubt throughout the entire process that their singular goal is making sure you are satisfied in your purchase. I cannot recommend them enough!!!

Had great customer service with my sales associate. She helped inform me of all the different mattresses and helped me find the perfect mattress all well providing me very information when I told her what I was looking for and we go it within my budget. Will buy here again. Thanks for making this transition so easy and fast. Cheers!

My boyfriend and I had the pleasure of working with Jimmy at Mattress Firm State College. Although we were moving out of the area, it was super convenient to stop in one afternoon to begin the process of picking out a mattress. We visited several other mattress stores once we moved to our new area, but the customer service never came close to that of Mattress Firm State College. Jimmy walked us through finding a mattress that worked best for our comfort level and budget without making the sales experience pushy or uncomfortable like we experienced elsewhere. He never rushed us into making a decision and took a genuine interest in finding us a mattress that we’d be happy with for years to come. I was able to call back to Mattress Firm State College when we were ready to make our purchase and Jimmy took us through the simple process of ordering and securing delivery to our new home, while also making sure he secured the most updated pricing for us. Thank you Jimmy and the Mattress Firm State College team for going above and beyond.

Jimmy was accommodating and thoughtful. He listened to all of my requests, and he indulged my coworker and I in trying numerous mattresses until, just like goldilocks, I found the right one for me. I cannot recommend Mattress Firm enough!

Helped me load . Had real world examples of who else he had sold the mattress to.

Very nice price for a high quality mattress on sale, excellent service, made everything personable and honest! Was a nice shopping experience! They have plenty of selection too of different varieties which I appreciated but I ended up finding my new one in less than 30 minutes. Would recommend!
