We bought a Speed Queen washer elsewhere-shopping local and supposedly the "best" washer that would last 25 years. The washer died [4 years old] and the place we bought it from was horrible for 3 weeks-not making an appt, just randomly stopping by, no troubleshooting, not opening a warranty ticket with Speed Queen. I then called Mike's as they are a certified repair place for Speed Queen. An appointment was made, Keith was on time. He did some troubleshooting, said what he thought was wrong and was going to order the parts and come back the following week. Another on time appointment and replacement of parts. Washer has never worked this good-from day one! The only frustration was that I had to do the leg work of calling Speed Queen to get the warranty details. Keith is knowledgeable, respectful, courteous and on time. And he knows what the heck he is doing.

In less than a half an hour I was walking out of the store with exactly what I wanted. I was looking for a dishwasher with a very specific price range. Pam got me right on the money! It was a really great experience to purchase from Mike's.

I would like to express my disappointment regarding the customer service experience I encountered recently. As a prospective buyer, I had a few inquiries regarding pricing comparisons, as I had conducted research across various companies. However, the sales representative I interacted with displayed extreme rudeness and became visibly frustrated when I asked questions about pricing.Working in sales myself, I understand the importance of being respectful and helpful to customers, as it greatly contributes to a positive buying experience. Unfortunately, my experience with this particular sales representative fell far below expectations. Regrettably, due to time constraints or limited alternatives, we were compelled to proceed with our purchase from this company despite the poor customer service experience.

Just wanted to give a shout out to Mike's for going above and beyond. They made things right with the repair of my washing machine, which was still under warranty, when the manufacturer wouldn't. Tim and his team are top notch and I highly recommend....You will not be disappointed.

Great experience. Used them to purchase appliances for my parents house. Purchasing was easy and they immediately price matched the big box stores. Install was scheduled for just over a week out and went smoothly. The installers answered all questions and were extremely helpful.

****** idea of customer service is to force the purchaser to deal directly with the manufacturer and wash their hands of any involvement. We purchased a stove from ****** in August ,2022 and now it’s late November and we still have a non functioning stove and ****** and Frigidaire are pointing their fingers at each other regarding whose responsibility it is to replace the stove. The local service manager provides no service whatsoever and insists we deal directly with Frigidaire. I have holding on Frigidaire’s help line now 35 minutes To no avail. I

We bought an LG refrigerator from them 6 years ago. The compressor seems to have gone, but when we called them today they said they no longer service the refigerator -- that LG "cut them off." They told me I should consider buying American products. Good grief, THEY SOLD US THE APPLIANCE. Maybe they should consider standing by the appliances that they sell. On their website they say "Don’t settle for lack of knowledge and service after the sale at the box stores." HA!!! This is a joke. It should read, "Settle for no service after the sale at Mikes!" There, fixed that for you.

I purchased a full package of kitchen appliances at Lowes. After a great deal of negotiating with the delivery and 3rd party installation company, I canceled the order. I went to Mike's and discussed my dissatisfaction with Lowes. I shared my receipt and was told that while they could not meet the exact prices, they would guarantee installation on the day of delivery and a 5 year warranty. I ordered the appliances and one week later all were delivered and installed on the same day. The installation was not without a degree of difficulty but the service men were pleasant and thorough. A special thank you to Chris who went ab and beyond. I told the salesman at Mike's, Robert, that if it went well I would give a Yelp review. Thanks to Mike's and the service provided I'll be filling the fridge, cooking, and cleaning dishes in the dishwasher.

We had our appliances delivered on 2 different occasions. I couldn't be happier with the delivery personnel. Their knowledge of the products was great, but also the kindness, politeness and how they were so careful bringing in the new and taking the old was greatly appreciated. I highly recommended Mike's for any of your appliance needs. I know I will use them again when needed.

Why go anywhere else in town to buy appliances!? Pam is amazing and knows her stuff. Competitive prices. And they service what you buy with fast friendly help! I won't go anywhere else.
