Nittany Mall is a clean and friendly place that used to be lively and full of shops, but it has been fading over the years. Many small stores have closed, leaving numerous empty spaces, and the mall now feels like a shell of its former self. The departure of major stores like JCPenney and the presence of large spaces like Planet Fitness have contributed to its decline. Some remaining stores offer good sales, but several are unstaffed, and the overall atmosphere is quiet and empty. While it may be worth a visit for those nearby or interested in exploring deserted malls, it is generally considered a place in need of a big update to regain its former vibrancy.
Very very dead mall. Gabe's and the sports store are all that's worth the time there. Unkept facilities that were absolutely disgusting. Water leaks all over. This place is at its lowest

A ghost town like most malls, but the pizza place is great and the entire mall is dog friendly! Bring your dog here in bad weather for walking snd spend your money here. Rural King, Maurices, and BB Works all have friendly employees!
