The teller is ignorant. My mother's Debit card is locked because she entered the ping wrong, She bought the ID and card asked them to reset the ping. Very SIMPLE request right? They gave her a number and asked her to call customer service by herself.We wasted 30 minutes to call the number and they said we have to bring the ID to the branch to unlock the card. And we went back to the bank explained the situation, no apologies received, and still rude and ignorant. Then it ONLY took her 3 minutes to call to unlock the card. Then we asked her to reset the ping, and she said go try it on the ATM machine, and if you are wrong again 3x she will reset the ping..

I've had nothing but great service at the South Atherton Branch of Northwest Bank. Timely, pleasant, always answers their phones, always get back to you with answers, low wait times in drivethru...keep up the great work!

Completely behind the times! This bank does not allow wire transfers unless you personally go into a branch. They do not use Docu-sign or any other electronic system for signatures. Since they are a regional bank, branches are limited to Ohio and Pennsylvania. I do NOT recommend this bank if you plan to travel or live outside the small area where they have branches.

If I am depositing a check, they are awesome. I never ever get "hidden fees" charged to my bank account. They are pretty straight forward to work with. Also, their customer service phone number is legitimately helpful. Overall, an above average experience, but not perfect.
