Hands down the best bubble tea place in town, not to mention they have great desserts. It's also a cozy place to hangout.

I think is a very good place to have tea. They recently changed the location. They have many kinds of deserts but my favorite thing there is the tea. Taro tea normal sugar and ice. The thai tea is awesome when you order it hot. The ginger tea is very good. Its also very spicy. They have a little card, the give you a stamp every time you order a tea. After the 9th stamp, you can order a free tea.

Not bad for a venue located in State College! Obviously can't compare to the boba selection we have back in California, but this place sufficed my cravings, and the staff was always pretty friendly. I recommend the jasmine milk tea, the peach green tea, and the got ginger tea for cold winter days ^^

Dig that crazy bubble tea! Nice new place, chic and clean. Fruit jellies are fantastic. Still hard for me to find this place, miss it everytime and have to circle round and round but so worth it!

All the Teas we got had no taste. We ordered a hot tea (one on right), and they put it in a PLASTIC cup. FYI, they also charge an extra 75 cents for hot drinks which doesn't make sense. Horrible customer service. The bathrooms are in the basement and are very dirty. Toilet paper is all over the place. I tried ordering a cake two days earlier. They told me it was such short notice and there would be an extra charge to 'expedite' it

Every week we make the 30-40 minute drive to State College for their amazing bubble teas. My favorite is the Thai bubble tea with coffee jelly added in. Their "Tea Time" flavor is really good too, but I've honestly enjoyed every drink I've had there (though I find the texture of pudding in tea a little strange). The cashiers have always been friendly and helpful. I've introduced several others to Tea Time and nobody has been disappointed. Even though I only discovered them early last year, Tea Time has quickly become one of my favorite places in State College. They recently moved a little up the alley to a larger location with indoor seating. They also expanded their menu to include more puddings, pastries, and even some Asian appetizers.

Came to tea time at 8:00pm on 5/21/14 for their yummy milk tea and it was closed. The windows were boarded up and signs taken down. Its quite unfortunate so I'm trying to save others the heartbreak I had when I came and saw this. =(

Cute little bubble tea stand in State College. There are so many options to choose from plus you get to choose how much or how little sugar and ice you want in your drink. Very impressive. I chose the Lavender milk tea with less sugar. Simply delicious. Not too sweet and just enough lavender flavor. They were out of all of the little desserts that were teasing me posted on their windows...sadly, I'm not sure when I will make it to State College again anytime soon to try those little desserts but next time I am in town, Tea Time will be my first stop!

I really want to give this place more stars, because when they get it right, it's really good. Unfortunately, coming here is always really hit or miss. I recently went vegan, and so I now only order the non-milk teas . 75% of the time, the tea tastes like its been left to steep for too long and is very bitter and undrinkable. I can make tea at home better and I wouldn't have to pay 75 cents to make it hot. It would really be great for us vegans and lactose-intolerant folks to have a soy milk option for the milk teas!

Nice little hole in the wall tea shop. I've been going here since it opened and it'by far the best Asian tea place here. There's a good variety and they're all tasty. My favorite is the Thai tea. It's a bit pricey, but that's normal for any Asian food at state college. Definitely recommend.

This place is horrible. I feel sick in my stomache after I had drink that last time. I don't think the materials here are clean. And also, they will chase after you if you even pay them 1 cent less than 15% tip. Will not recommand to anyone.

I have had bubble tea all over the east coast US and across Asia, and it is definitely the best I had in the US. Reminds me a lot of the bubble tea you get in Taiwan in that you can adjust ice and sweetness. Big menu; tried many items, and everything I tried so far was good! I recommend the normal Tea Time Milk Tea for a first bubble tea though. The boba is always cooked perfectly and sweet. Definitely makes me nostalgic for Taiwan.

Great small shop in State College. I'm glad to have come across this place just by randomly walking up and down streets. Ive been to many bubble tea places and this is the only one what will give you the option of sugar level from 0 to load it up. Make sure to get a loyalty card as they won't offer it to you but if you ask they'll definitely give you one.

I love this place!!!!!!! The juice tastes fresh and will have pieces of real fruit inside. There is always a line...in a good way. My favorite is the Hawaiian juice.

Best boba in town. They carry all the standard flavors and more! Best part is that they customize your drink depending on sugar and ice.
