I made an appointment to get my windshield replaced. When they showed up I asked them about my rubber window molding. They told me they have it but a short time later they called me and said they don't have the correct molding. This was on a Friday, so I had to hurry up and cancel my inspection I had scheduled for Monday. Prior to them coming I went online to pay my invoice. I reviewed my invoice, entered my credit card info, and hit apply. Then a receipt showed for a higher amount I just agreed to pay. I have NEVER seen anything like this. When I originally talked to a real person to set up my appointment, and that is the only time you will EVER speak to someone, they told me the price and that they don't charge a recycling fee. That is NOT true because they charge everyone that fee. After that first contact, everything is automated, unless you use someone else's phone. Eventually they replaced my windshield. Attached are the before and after photos of the installation. On the right is the original rubber trim. Clean 45 degree corners. On the left is Safelite finished product. When, or should I say IF, they come and fix it, I may give another star. Two stars is pushing it though. My suggestion, pay a little more and get the better service. It is worth it in the end.

The entire process went smoothly from booking my appointment to driving away with a newly installed windshield. It would have been nice if Safelite would have come to my residence, but the nearest station was only under a half hour away.

Replaced my entire windshield on my 2023 Frontier in about an hour. Waiting room has a restroom and decent seating. I'm just glad they fixed what another company I went to couldn't. I would definitely go back to this shop if I ever need another repair or replacement.

very expensive way overpriced and left my wiper blade loose on the post, to recalubrate my front end camera they charged 540$ and left with my truck for 20 mins without telling me he was leaving!
