January 2024 by Hey Anyhoo
I went to try and go to the bathroom and I couldn’t because there was poop all over the floor and toilet the bathrooms smelt horrible and I couldn’t go to the bathroom because every stall looked disgusting, I don’t know how someone even manages to miss the toilet when exploding (picture for reference) and lastly my pretzel didn’t have enough salt

I’ve used this Sams club for years. I am disgusted in the way employees are spoken to by other employees. Respect goes far and it seems a few working there do not have it. Twice this week I’ve watched the same bearded man up front near checkout (assuming a manager of some sort) speaking down to multiple employees in a very demeaning manner. It’s very sad and disappointing to see. Do better.

I hesitated for a long time to get a membership, but we always find good deals. I do wish they had more keto options for food.

I have moved all of my Rx's to my State College Pharmacy, and I couldn't be happier! The pharmacist called me personally to let me know of discrepancy/issue I was going to run into so I could get ahead of it and most recently I had an issue with a product, and she guided me through the process of how I could contact the manufacturer who also took great care of me. I give this team 10 stars!!! Thank you!!!

I always come here to eat. This lady was very rude and unkind to my son and I. Not only that our pretzels were served cold. If you don't enjoy your job and serving customers with smiles and warmth than leave. We shouldn't have to pay the consequences for your bad day.

Walked around to check the store out with the wife for the first time. Experience was wornderful. Purchased two items-A 20 piece tupperware set and two boxes of yeast. Paid at the self scan kiosk. got a receipt. Was seen making purchase. walked out with items and was stopped and asked to scan my receipt, which I complied. That wasnt enough. The issue then became each of my two items needed to be scanned and the scanner checked to see if my items matched the receipt I guess. We were livid at being singled out of literally scores of people, all of whom were white, and we being black. We then went outside the store and watched if anybody else was stopped. Not one. No matter how loved your prices are exclaimed to be-racism will never succeed. Eventually it will impact your bottom line. Never going back.

I suggest people use Scan and Go on the Sam's Club app. It makes checkout so much quicker. You don't have to wait in line, and unload all your items to be scanned at checkout. Just scan your items as you go and when you're done, pay with your credit or debit card. They scan a few random items as you're leaving, but then you're out the door. It saves so much time. Especially, if you're getting a large order. The Scan and Go works great, and saves time in the end.

It's lacking in the snack bar department. I don't know why the people that work there look like they hate their job, always grumpy and slow. I never hear a hello, sorry for the wait, or thank you.
