Took my truck in for what appeared to be a brake line issue/leak. Not wanting to chance anything Chris let me know it could be towed to the shop in State College. Throughout the day Chris was excellent with communication and updates. They looked everything over and test drove my vehicle to find that everything was OK. A/C drain line appears to be the source.
Chris gave me some additional insight into what I may be able to expect to have to get serviced in the future but in no way tried to upsell anything. Couldn’t have had a better, more honest experience. Go here and work with Chris and crew.

We were passing through State College and had some car engine problems on our way. We arrived in town on a Sunday evening, and we were fortunate to make it this far. We were planning to continue our road trip to Ann Arbor on Tuesday morning, so were in a bit of a bind and afraid we would not be able to continue our trip or even get home for a while. Chris at Steven Shannon was amazing! He had the car evaluated first thing confirmed that (SOMEHOW) there was no oil in the engine. Not sure how that happened since we had not noticed any oil leak since our last oil change at home, but regardless, Chris was a savior! Car fixed, trip saved and minimal cost (cost of an oil change). I really appreciate all they did for us. Definitely recommend!

I tried going in twice to get my inspection and was turned away both times. Both times I had an appointment scheduled, which turns out doesn’t mean anything at this place. The first time I went, I was told the inspector was sent home early. This last time I was told that their inspections were “first come, first serve” and I could try to come back at 3. However, the guy said he couldn’t guarantee he could even get me in at 3. What’s the whole point of having an appointment system when you won’t even honor it?
I’m never coming back here, and I will suggest that no one else come here for PA inspections EVER.

We got a flat tire on I80 and they were able to get us in and replace it within an hour. The staff couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. Would highly recommend.

I have been to this shop on multiple occasions from an oil change to check engine light issues and they have been amazing! Each visit was thorough and the staff are always so kind. They’ve shown me underneath the car before and everything to explain what was happening and it was extremely helpful.

Went in to get a tire fixed after a flat left on our RV left us stranded. They fixed it quickly and were so incredibly nice! Thanks again!
