Always a wait for a cashier at this sheetz, must be too cheap to hire people. Maybe sheets should up their pay scale so customers don't have to wait when there is no line.

Went there last night with my son after the drake concert. I get it was Easter, but over an hour to get food? Manager was just standing there. I asked why don't he help the 2 workers, he responds, who is going yo wait on you. I respond, is t that what self check out is for?? He then walks in the back. Customer stands at check out for him for a couple minutes, and he's no where to be found. Finally comes out from the back. Guy wants a refund because he's pissed off. I then asked for a refund myself. Completely horrible for a LEADER not helping his crew.

Last month I wrecked my vehicle during the snow Strom. I had to wait at Sheetz for AAA turned out the tow truck driver wouldn't drive it over the mountain. So, I had to wait 3+ hours for my Mom and sister to come get me. The night shift crew were absolutely AMAZING! They helped me in any way they were able to. Any time I'm in State College this is my go to Sheetz!

Id give it zero stars if it was possible. I work close by and i wanted it to be my go to lunch spot but the older lady with glasses who makes food ALWAYS gets the orders wrong. Even if it would just happen 1 or 2 times a week id be able to shrug it off and just assume they had a busy day or something like that. But even when there is only a few customers in the store she still gets it wrong. 4 out of 5 days a week .im not sure if its her eye sight or she just doesn't care about her job but i refuse to go there for food which sucks because its conveniently close. I wouldn't want anyone to get fired of in trouble but hopefully the managers either pull her aside and talk to her about it or move her to the cash register. But sheetz is a big company and im sure nothing will be done about it and ill just get the basis copy and pasted reply that every bad review for this place got

Big shoutout to the morning crew at Sheetz – they're mad nice and welcoming in the a.m. Hours! Rolled up, got that good vibe from them. 5 stars for the real hospitality!

I don't mind the gas. But if you order food here do not expect it to come in less than 30 minutes. You would believe they might only have 1 worker behind the counter when really there's 2. Zero work ethic from either of them. Might as well drive to the nearest wawa because you would still have your food quicker than sheetz.

Went in to use the restroom and get something to eat got on a pizza and it was hard on bottom and waxey in the middle and it burnt my wife's mouth

Please don't eat here unless you want to get very sick. The burger had a maggot imbedded into the bun. I will not eat for days after seeing this. The entire bag of food and the two bottles, gatorade and diet coke, all reeked of garbage and sweat. I am utterly disgusted with this place. Me and my friend began audibly gagging upon opening the bag and threw up about an hour after eating only a couple bits of this contaminated food. Additionally, the food was ice cold, although that would not have been a problem without the other issues

Not a big fan of them blasting ads at me while I buy gas. Ads should be reserved for free services offered by a business like Sheetz, not for things I'm paying for, like gasoline.
