Don’t use the drive thru! Waited over 20 minutes, 2 cars ahead of me and 4 behind me at 9:45pm! This is ridiculous, makes Taco Bell and Wendy’s look fast as hell!

I asked for $30 on pump 9. Paid and walked back to the pump. Nothing happened so I waited a few minutes. After waiting a few minutes I returned inside to ask if there was something wrong with the transaction. The man at the register acted like he did not know who I was from 3 minutes prior. I reminded him I asked for $30 on pump 9 to which he responded he remembered. He investigated what the issue was to which he claimed he put $30 on pump 6 not pump 9. I asked him if he could switch it and he claimed he couldn’t without the supervisor. He disappeared for a minute before returning stating the supervisor is unavailable at the moment and there was nothing he could do. I asked how long until the supervisor was available and he stated he didn’t know. I walked out so that I could move my car from pump 9 to pump 6 but when I got to pump 6 there was no money on the pump. I left $30 down the drain. I love sheetz as a company and I will continue to prioritize sheetz when picking between gas stations, but my experience at this sheetz was so frustrating I certainly won’t return and decided to leave an appropriate review.

Came to get gas because of the fuel perks and the fact it is close to work for me. My truck holds more than the limit you can use for fuel perks at Sheetz. When I asked for the the limit, 25 gallons the clerk gave a ton of attitude and disrespected me at the counter. Long story short, go to Rutters down the road. It’s cheaper and you don’t have to put up with the grumpy old man at the counter.

5:40am Sunday, 6/16/24 and an alarm is blaring so loud, I had to get ear plugs from the car so I can get coffee. I have very sensitive ears. Any interest in fixing it Sheetz?
Edit- poor guy working can't fix it and is waiting on sheetz to remotely stop it. It's a faulty smoke detector. I give the guy credit for not removing it himself
Also- there's no half and half or cream here for coffee.

Went during AHOD. Ordered through the app for drive thru pick up since I had my toddler with me. They were very polite when I let them know I was there for a pick up. The wonderful woman at the window was extremely kind and smiley!!!! My food was ready before the "approximate" pick up time! And she waved to my daughter who just lives saying hi to people!!!! If I could, this start would get 10 gold stars!!!

If I could give them zero stars I would and I usually love Sheetz. Went in with my daughter and Mike working the register almost refused to sell wine to me. I am 43 yrs old and my daughter is 16! He was rude and short and I will not be returning. There are plenty of places to get wine and your Sheetz just lost a customer. Since when in Pa is a parent not allowed to go into a store with their daughter and not be able to buy alcohol?

Top rated Sheetz for me. All staff very polite over multiple stops. Clean, well stocked, fast service, plenty of gas pumps with clean area and nice scenery.

I seriously hate this sheetz. Always over crowded, under staffed, and almost always out of what you came in for. Breakfast food timing is so inconsistent you dont know wether to show up at 7 or 8. Seems they just make them whenever they feel like it. I only stop here when i have to and im usually disappointed.

Waited for 15 minutes in the drive-thru for a frozen coffee. Ended up having to go in to see it sitting on the counter half inthawed. Tasted horrible

For 8 dollors I don't expect much but meat that was like cardboard and 2 table spoons of rice and what I thought was salsa but was in a pouch
