Love the bed but I just would expect the underbed lighting on a $9000 bed to last longer than 18 months. I called to see how it would be handled and after a year of it working off-and-on, the phone voice wanted me to turn it off and on for her test. Since it decided to work, she wants me to give it a couple more days and call back. If it by-chance fails her test, then they would replace it. I already waited 45 minutes to get a person to talk to. I went outside and weeded my flowerbed while waiting: thats how long the wait time was. I was not happy and told her so. I then BOUGHT a new underbed unit. I already overpaid for the bed. Shouldnt replacement units be covered??

I am not one to post reviews, and certainly not to bad mouth companies or people trying their best but want to inform other potential purchasers because of our experience. We started with a wonderful experience that quickly turned into a nightmare. We bought our bed during a promotion and because me and my partner are healthcare providers, we were told interest would be delayed for 48 months. We bought the bed because we wanted to invest in our sleep and were very intentional about not picking up unnecessary interest because we had just bought our first home. Well, the sales clerk put our order into the system incorrectly and we are now locked into a full interest contract and unable to return the bed. I’ve called sleep number, gone into the store, and called synchrony probably 20 times and every time I have been given the runaround. Apologies are made by the manager, promises to fix it have been given with no outcome, and 6 months later I am still trying to get the original offer honored. I encourage people to ask whether the bed is returnable (adjustable frames are not) and to double confirm with the sales clerk that the promotional offer is indeed what will be placed into the system and honored. The bed is certainly nice but we regret our purchase and will likely have to pay a few thousand in interest because of this. I don’t think the bed is worth the money or the headache of this situation.

I dreaded mattress shopping and stopped at a chain store prior to Sleep Number. The chain store was as expected, lay on a bunch of mattresses and try to pick one. When I walked into Sleep Number, Jim greeted me and my husband and immediately put us at ease and provided an individualized, custom experience. We spent about 30 minutes going through the personalized demo and we were sold! Not just because of the amazing products, but because of Jim, an outstanding customer service representative.

This review is for Andrew Cutter. He is extremely personable and detail oriented in his work. And his energy is infectious!Anybody that wants to check out one of the sleep number beds should definitely ask for Andrew when they arrive. I know from my personal experience with him that you will get the attention you deserve and all the information you need to know to make whatever decision is best for you.

Although I was pleased with the entire sales experience, I'm not thrilled that now Sleep Number mattress adjustments need to be programmed using a smart phone. Sleep Number must realize that not everyone has access to or is a slave to one's phone.

First off, you guys gotta make that tv bed into a real thing to put on the market because it’s awesome. Second!! The manager is freaking awesome! He needs a raise. My husband and I had a great experience and can not WAIT to get our new bed!! He listened closely, made us feel at home, gushed over our 18m old and just really made it a great not boring experience. But most of all he listened, took what we said and got us the perfect bed.

Loved the store and the employees were friendly and knowledgeable.The restrooms were very dirty. The toilet, sink and floor needed cleaned bad. There was no soap to wash your hands only hand sanitizer. The garbage can was overflowing.

I ordered a set of sheets for my queen size bed and they arrived as promised.The sheets were very satisfactory but the pillow cases were too short and barely covered my standard size pillows. I'm disappointed and would have bought another set for my spare bedroom except for the small pillow cases.

Our experience at the sleep number store was extraordinary. Adam our sleep expert was thorough and informative. He gave us a complete sleep evaluation an allowed us to ty out all types of beds to be sure we were completely satisfied. He also took time to help us through the financing. We would recommend visiting this store in State College.
