I went in to get a recall done and a key reprogrammed, I get a text the day it’s supposed to be completed that my car wasn’t even pulled into the shop by 2pm I then called at 2:30pm and my car was still not pulled in, I asked them to not complete the repair because I knew it wouldn’t be done by the time I needed my car by, and since I’m not 21 there’s nothing they can do to accommodate me for my loss of transportation, I was also lied to by the service advisor caetlyn, saying my key was reprogrammed successfully just for it to not have anything reprogrammed. Also got my car back a day late, the dash literally fell into my lap, and again nothing done. This place is a joke🤡

I bought my Forester at Stocker in 2022, the process was quick. It was a typical buying experience. They helped me customize an order to get the price and ride I wanted.
I always take my Forester to Stocker for service. Their service prices are reasonable and the routine maintenance is done within 30 to 45 minutes. Their customer lounge is always clean, comfortable and well stocked with refreshments.
The staff is kind, attentive, and understanding.

I’ve been buying cars for 30 years, and our recent Crosstrek purchase was the first one I would call pleasant. I worked with Garrett on the purchase and was very satisfied. (I would highly recommend him.) Other than some pressure from the finance guy to purchase an aftermarket warranty (annoying, but expected… that’s how the dealership makes some extra money), this was a very straightforward and easy buying experience.

We had a great experience buying our Crosstrek after we walked away from a negative experience at another Central PA dealership. We initially worked with Darrick, who took us seriously that we knew exactly what we wanted. He gave us the out-the-door price in writing, so we knew exactly what we were paying and why, everything was transparent. (The other dealership simply refused to this until we were on the lot.) Even when he experienced a family emergency the day we finalized the sale, we were in good hands. Darrick contacted me to let me know that he would not be able to work with us but that we would still be taken care of, then Alex contacted me to assure us that everything was still able to proceed as we had planned with Darrick. He clearly had been filled in and everything went completely smoothly. We hope Darrick's family is well.

My boyfriend and I have been looking for a 24 WRX. Stockers was able to help us by having the choices in stock for us to look at. We worked with Sam and he was amazing. Very personable and friendly, always making sure we were okay and didn’t need anything. I would recommend coming to this dealership to anyone and to speak with Sam, he made the process effortless for us!

I purchased a Subaru from them in December of 2023. Not everything about my experience was ideal, but the staff worked hard to rectify a serious error that had been made by a member of the sales staff. I would return there and purchase another vehicle and would recommend them to my family and friends.

I went in with my 13 Outback for what I thought was front hub assemblies and it turns out that the transmission was bad so they say. They had put the transmission in which was used from Stoystown Auto Salvage. When I got in the car back I noticed that there was no power steering and as I proceeded to look under the hood . I saw that there was no power steering fluid has it went on for mayor we ended up changing both CV axles of all joint a prop shaft and now the transmission that they had gotten from stoystown Automotive is broke. I have been told by Matt Roan many times that I am no longer welcome at Stocker's Automotive facilities and any problem with the transmission I am to take up with Stoystown Auto Salvage. I contacted Stoystown and they asked me to get a fluid sample and it so happens that they feel that Stocker Automotive has put the wrong fluid in the CVT TRANSMISSION. I've contacted Stockers Subaru many times and they will not return my call and tell me that I am no longer welcome at their facilities soI have a positive experience no I have a broken transmissi on and no one will fix it
