I stopped a woman wearing a super cute hat and asked where she got it. She directed me to the correct store - but, of course, they were sold out. So then I proceeded to hit all the PSU clothing stores in search of the hat. Finally found it at the Student Book Store. It was super expensive for a hat. But cute. So I purchased it here.
