Dabiren helped me multiple times with getting my devices switched and then helping me setup my new ones.Everytime he provided excellent costumer service and has an awesome personality. Based on how knowledgeable and helpful he was, I was shocked when he told me he wasn’t the manager.

Needed replacement phone while camping at nearby state park. Sales guy was rude and very unhelpful. Phone not available at that store. Declined to check with other T Mobile store at other end of town. Big waste of time and gas.

This store and staff were amazing! They made sure everything was good to go and set up before we left. The staff was very friendly and we were greeted right away. They made sure to go over everything in detail and also got us some great deals! I believe the young man’s name was Eric. He was extremely nice and very personable. The manager also made sure everything was correct and that we were given the best service possible. I would definitely recommend this store if you’re looking to switch to T-Mobile or already have T-Mobile!

This store went above and beyond for me. They were super friendly and knowledgeable! The young man and manager, Eric and Angel were very patient with all the questions I had and they made switching over so simple! I’d highly recommend this store if you’re thinking of switching to t-mobile!

Hey every one! Justttttttt avoid this store!!! I had an absolutely terrible experience with this T-Mobile store. The level of incompetence, unprofessionalism, and lack of customer care displayed by their staff was utterly shocking. I never imagined that a company could treat its customers in such a disgraceful manner!To start with, I had been facing a persistent issue with my billing for several months. Despite countless calls, emails, and visits to their office, the problem remained unresolved. It was as if they were trained to pass the buck and avoid taking responsibility for their mistakes!Save yourself the frustration and headaches by choosing a more reputable and customer-centric mobile provider.I hope my detailed review serves as a warning to others and prompts T-Mobile to reevaluate their customer service practices!

The person working today at this location was not helpful at all basically told me my hotspot won't work cuz I don't have service in the house and never looked my account up or looked at my device to make sure it was ok,then I proceeded to call t-mobile customer service they said that isn't normal for it to be like that ok, they are fixing it for me

Had to get a new phone. I went in on a Saturday, received help from Angel, who was awesome and got me taken care of quickly. The associate Joe was great and explained different products to me. They were both extremely friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I couldn't have asked for better service from both associates. I would definitely recommend to friends and family. Thank you both for everything.

I only wish I could lower my rating for this store. Dealing with T-Mobile has been one the worst experiences ever. I encourage anyone to not make the change from another mobile service provider. If you insist on following through with moving to T-Mobile and learning the hard way, do yourself a favor; do not facilitate through this store. They are misleading and cause more problems than what they are worth (35 dollars per line). I implore anyone reading this to go though the online services or speak with someone through customer services, which are free, because they have an interest in quality customer satisfaction.

Love tmobile, their online help is awesome, but this store sucks. Rep certainly did NOT want to be at work. No patience. He was rude to the guy before me, and rude to me. Additionally, the manager was behind closed doors, and both reps kept having to go back & forth asking the Mgr. questions.... like mother, may I?Won't go to that store again.

I want to say thank you to the Young Lady who worked oh so patiently with me at the Nittany mall, State college location. She help not only with a new phone but took the time to show me how to use features I was unfamiliar with. Her name is Idalys if your in this area and need to visit your T-mobile, I suggest you wait/ask for Idalys.. she also speaks Spanish which was great.... Very knowledgeable and professional.

Customer service at this place is a no doubt 10/10. I came in about an issue I was having with my phone’s cell data and a young lady by the name of Idalis was more than patient with me when I was hopelessly trying to articulate the issue and had me in and out in no time.

Ever since the young Hispanic lady started working here my experience W T-Mobile has been amazing. What makes it better? She speaks fluent Spanish. Making every customer feel secure and welcome. Every time I or anyone I know needs help, I recommend her. Especially to all of my Spanish speaking friends who always get turned away or don't get equal opportunity to receive help due to miscommunications. Every time I'm in she's always happy to help, and is always helping her coworkers in the process! Amazing multi tasking skills, can't forget the smile she makes sure to keep on her face.
