While trying to use self checkout I couldn't scan my items because the scanner area was covered in what looked like jelly/jam or something as equally sticky and messy. Two of the checkout areas were closed and the other one was being used so I asked the lady if she could clean it so I could scan my items, she said she would clean it later and turned away from me. So, I put my items back on their appropriate shelves and left without purchasing anything. This store used to be the best place to shop, it's gone really downhill recently.

If I could give a lower review I would / I ordered in this website for “guaranteed” delivery by 3 pm. Not only did they charge me for the cost they charged extra for “substitutions”.
After 3 pm (guaranteed delivery) I continued to get messages the delivery would be an hour later , then another later, etc. After 3 delays, I called the company they use for delivery and they were useless. They can’t return my money because they aren’t Target. They have no shoppers/drivers anywhere in the area.
Soooo I called Target. It took 4 calls just to get a person who told me I had to contact the 3rd party they use for delivery
Those people told me to contact Target.
If Target is using a 3rd party, they are responsible for it.
So now, because the “manager” hung up on me - as I was getting angry because no one would take responsibility or help me at all.
So please never order same day delivery it is a nightmare

Target has nearly everything you might need. It is an overwhelming experience, though. And it always seems that something ends up in your cart that you really don't need but are enticed to get.

This Target has gone down the drain. Ever since they got new management this target has become so sloppy and messy, with employees who seem to care more about gossiping and drama. I've caught employees such as Carol doing such when I went shopping this morning and it really shocks me that they allow this sort of behavior here. It seems like gossiping with other employees in Spanish is more important than getting work done at this location. Really unfortunate because before pandemic this place use to be pristine and always in stock of good supplies. It is a shame how bad this place has gotten over the years, it makes it feel like the value has gone down when you see employees participating in immature acts instead of getting work done. There we're boxes everywhere, clothes on the floor, trash hidden around....do better.

Typical Target experience. I've never understood the appeal of Target, and this location is just more of the same. If you are one of those people that love Target I'm sure you will love this location as well.
