My package has been here in State College since 6:49am this morning I literally live like 5 minutes away from the store so why couldn’t it be delivered today? Normally I wouldn’t make a big deal about stuff like this but it has new medication for my pet in it that I already had to wait for to be made and I was at work all day and couldn’t call earlier so now I have to wait until after the holiday. At least let me come pick it up? Your hours say your open on Sunday so I’ll try calling then but having to wait when it’s something important like this especially when it’s right here and has been here for hours is crazy! I don’t even know if the medication is supposed to be refrigerated or not 😭

I enjoy going to this UPS store Mack Marin and Kelsey always have some great idea to help me create something different.
I needed signs for a retirement party and they created signs and banners and everyone just loved them.
If your not sure of exactly what you want go talk to Mack and Kelsey and I am sure they will create something unique for you that you will just love just like I did

As soon as I got there the lobby got PACKED literally no room to walk. The team handled every transaction smoothly and efficiently. Haven’t ever had an issue with any prints and the designer is always really helpful. Pictures of folders/flyers they’ve printed out for me attached

I can honestly not say enough about this team. Most people think UPS for returns of Amazon and shipping,Right? Wrong this store offers so many printing options that are beyond professional!
