Took my item for 2 almost 3 full weeks only to return to my dorm claiming I need to pay to mail it out when I don't! Never try mailing things here waste of time!

Front desk person was helpful and understanding of my package issue. Although the person did send my inquiry to the downtown USPS location. Turns out the downtown office is the main building that does all of the package issues. So this place is purely to ship out mail.

online(both google and usps office locator) says open to 16:45another google review warned that its close at 1pmthen i came at 12pm to see it's closed due to under staffing

This location is never open according to hours on Google and the hours on the door of the building. Also, the days they are closed or open are never accurate according to what’s on Google . For this location to be more accessible to students/ staff on campus they need to become more consistent with their hours of operation as well as updating their Google / website.

Literally every time I go here to drop off a package. It’s closed I always arrive before closing time and at least 30 minutes before closing time and nobody is here. What is the point of having closing and opening times when nobody is ever here.

Nice place and more convenient for students. However, My fiancé and I live on campus but I am not a student. I ordered something and it was supposed to be delivered today. Since it is spring break, they won’t deliver my package until Monday. I even tried to go to the regular post office to see if I can get the package early. It wouldn’t be a big deal except that I’m leaving tomorrow for a business trip for three weeks. I won’t get my package until almost a month after it should have been delivered. I’m not upset at the post office per say (hence the 4 stars) but I’m frustrated that they couldn’t have come up with a better system for those who stay on campus during spring break.
