I came to this store after a horrible experience at another location. Lasandra was extremely helpful, profession and kind. I was in and out quickly. I recommended this location and will continue to use this location myself! I came with my toddler. They gave him snacks and interacted with him as well. A+ experience.

Lassandra helped me get my son's phone reactivated after the SIM card was stolen. After a terrible experience in at Russell Cellular in Mill Hall (tried to get a new SIM there, took 40 minutes and it STILL didnt work when I left), Lassandra literally had it fixed and ready to go in 5 minutes. She also went over why my bill went up and helped me remove an old line off my bill. I will definitely return here for any assistance I might need in the future!

Shayla in the State College office helped me out. I am not good at phone, Savi. She was lovely, she fixed my phone. Also, the manager of the State College office is exceptional as well. But she's my girl, and I will be coming to her with any further issues. You are blessed to have an employee like her. Period

Great experience! Got lucky that all 3 reps were working and they all have endless knowledge that helped me get everything I need! Shayla, Lassandra, and Taylor all were very helpful! Definitely recommend the East college ave store if you need anything phone related!
