I bought a 2024 Jetta sport from them recently and had a great experience with them. If you ever need to buy a car from here, ask for Michael Spurlock, he was very helpful and accommodating. Great service all around and never felt rushed or pressured.

Michael did a great job working with us and showing our family around. Appreciated the great service and willingness to be flexible with our family of 6! Ciocca is on the top of my list for vehicle consideration.

Ask for Brad!Gave me a great deal on a vehicle that I'm absolutely proud of owning. The only dealership that I've been to where they don't intimidate but instead try to honestly accommodate you. I plan on this vehicle lasting a long time but the next time I need one this is where I'm going. From the sales team to the financing team to management I felt like my personal interests were being put first. I can't come up with one negative thing.A++ Service and sale.Thank you team Ciocca!

Just bought my second VW here and I’ve had great experiences both times. Nate Thomas was very helpful and easy to deal with. I’ll definitely be back when I’m ready for another one.

Communication with Sierra was great, she is very informative and helpful! My car is driving like it did before before I had my minor accident, which calmed my fears of it not being the same. Thankful for a local team who can repair vehicles and ensure there are no issues left behind in a timely fashion.

I didn't buy my VW here but i hear the sales department is knowledgeable and i do my own oil changes with VW OEM Parts and the parts department (especially Lance!!) is amazing. I walk in and he knows exactly what I need before I even speak. I change the oil on the car often because my wife is a long commuter. On the other hand the service department is awful. I have had 3 interactions with then and that was 3 too many for me. The first time was warranty ecall work and they tried to get me to purchase additional services at insanely inflated dealership prices. I declined. The second time was when my car seemed to be using oil more frequently than the service intervals so i decided to get it at least looked over under the warranty period. This is when I unfortunately met Shawn Packer and he said that it was leaking from the oil plug( because as stated before i did my own service) and there were oil trails from the plug area(from the very dark previously drained oil.......) and there was a non OEM oil plug used as a replacement(it was ordered online as an OEM Plug). He charged me an hour of service to have a tech glance at the oil drain area and told me that he had called the reginal VW rep stated what he saw and the rep said it was Ok to charge me for the service outside of a warranty concern. Recently and 70,000 miles later and outside the ABS system threw a code and I wanted to see what it was and get it repaired(bad sensor, module issue, whatever). I went to the dealership and asked what a code read would cost (thinking it would be like $50-75) and they wanted $188 plus tax I could buy my own VAGCOM\VCDS setup for that much or buy an ODBeleven for $65. I declined and walked out the door, as i was leaving the service advisor who's name i didn't catch yelled "they are not simple cars!!!!!"

I did not purchase the vehicle. When we were to sign the paper work they tryed to get me to buy an extended warranty when I said no they brought another person in and when he told me the vehicle was like a cell phone and I needed the extra warranty I figured that cell phones are junk so the vehicle must of been to. So that being said I did not buy the vehicle. I felt really bad for the salesman for he did a really good job. The F&I sales person were the ones to change my mind

Very courteous staff and responsive. My salesperson (Maya Berky) was very professional and made the purchase very quick and easy. She was knowledgeable about the car and was very quick to respond to questions when I was in the dealership or even after I drove off the lot and texted her questions.

As with my other service experiences at Ciocca, the staff is very friendly and helpful. The methods of communicating with me during the service are very clear and easy, and I appreciate the video updates. The multi point inspection gives me a clear understanding of the condition of my vehicle.

I would give no stars if I could. This dealership did NOTHING but rape me of money. Bought the car there used, they never disclosed to me that the car had a tune in it prior to sale. Never really cared UNTIL we had problems with it 2 years later. The service manager, and oh how id love to name names but I won't, was a complete crook. He asked me if "I" tuned the car and I replied "NO". He told me the dealership I bought it at SHOULD HAVE disclosed to me that it was tuned before I bought the car. I replied "funny, I bought this car right where I'm standing". I took the car in due to it burning EXCESSIVE oil. 2 qts every 500 miles or so. They diagnosed it. Said everything checked out as far as compression and all internals looked good. They said it was the turbo. They replaced it and I will admit he said they would cover it under "good faith" because they didn't disclose to me that the car was tuned. He did that for me of course after I debated the price enough. It took a few phone calls before he offered to do that. But he did it none the less. Then they called me and told me the turbo was done, however the car runs worse and now has a misfire they can't get rid of. They added that the intake should be cleaned as well as spark plugs and coil packs, even though I had just done them a month prior. I got the "well, they aren't OEM products, and that's why they could be a problem. These cars are picky." I asked them to inspect it while it was there. I took them brake pads that I did know it needed and I had already bought, but I let them put them on since it was there. Well, there was NO low beam bulbs in the car. They didn't work, AND there was a light on on the dash stating "CHECK LOW BEAMS". Their "MASTER MECHANIC" inspected it anyhow. I even made the comment to my wife that I should take it right to the cops and show them it was illegally inspected. But whatever. 3500$ later, we got the car back. Car ran great for two weeks, then the check oil light came on. Realized it was two quarts low again. All the same original symptoms started again. Called to have it looked at, they assured me nothing was wrong and the oil consumption was in spec for THAT car. Fast forward 4 months, the car throws a FIT. Flashing lights, still burning oil, turbo not building boost right. I call and tell them I WANT it looked at for warranty reasons. MASTER MECHANIC looks at it, and says NOTHING is wrong. The ONLY thing he recommends is a wheel alignment. A wheel alignment? After I have a receipt that it JUST got new tires and an alignment 1500 miles before he said that. REALLY? And I HAVE the receipt to prove that. Buddy, your crazy. You need to go back to school! You have no idea what your talking about. And this is their MASTER MECHANIC guiding the rest? Holy ****! Then the service manager who knows NOTHING about cars starts throwing specs for that car in my face. The spec for that car with that mileage is burning a quart every 1200 miles. There's nothing wrong with that car. Yep, it's burning twice as much oil in half the time as your "computer" tells you it should. But I'm sure your right, nothing wrong. Fast forward another 3 months, 6 months after initial repairs, and now I have a blown motor. Bad rings in cylinder 1. Completely destroy cylinder one walls and now it's beyond even rebuilding. I had enough on my plate. I brought this car to you guys willing to pay to save my time so I could focus elsewhere and all you guys wanted was MONEY. Sad part is I semi knew these guys. I worked for a company they used to repair their buildings. I was there before fixing stuff for them. I knew them. I thought I could trust them to deliver good customer service and take care of my wife's daily driver. But no, they didn't care at all. All that mattered to them was the money in their pocket and getting another one out the door. I guess I now have to go back to dropping motors in cars. What can I say, when you want
