I would give them a zero after today. The sales people are ridiculous. I told the. What I needed and they came out 3 more times before they got it right. On top of that they didn't have enough and it was a seemingly burden on them that I actually bought beer from them. It won't happen again.

Trucker friendly place, they let me sleep in the lot for a few hours after unloading me, this was very important to me since i only slept 1 hour before unloading me. Thank you !!

Used to buy a lot of alcohol from them because it was on my way home and they sold a lot of beer that isn't sold in Ohio. They guy who took my ID said he couldn't serve me (I am fully 21 years old and able to buy alcohol) and he claimed my ID was fake. I offered to show him the plate on my car and multiple forms and he just refused. He said he would call the police so I told him to and he said he "didn't want to get into it." So I called the State College Police where they told me my ID was valid but Hickeys STILL wouldn't serve me. The guy at the counter was an absolute j*** and way too confident in his ability to spot fake ID's when he clearly was incorrect. He did it to my friend too who is also 21. Whoever this 30 year old guy is needs to be fired. Do not go here as you can get better service at Pletchers or the many other distributors in state College. I've spent thousands of dollars there in my life but they will never get another dime. The guy who thinks he is being proactive reading ID's actually is d*** and should review some training courses soon.
