While I was shopping in the Electronics Dept. an employee named "Chris" assisted me with finding a phone cord I asked him about. Very nicely at first. After that he walked away and I continued to browse and shop in the electronic dept. About 2 minutes later he was next to me, very close following me around. I politely told him I no longer needed anymore of his assistance. He then became agitated told me he is doing his job and will continue to follow me if he wants. I said thank you I'm okay. He continued to follow me and started saying I was opening something to steal!? Out of nowhere?! And his voice was elevated. I became scared and just left the department without finishing getting my things. I got the rest of my groceries and by that point I was so upset I went to the courtesy desk to report this incident. The young man I reported this to started snickering and said he will make sure to tell management. I left very shook up and still am. I am not sure why I was not asked to fill out a formal incident report when I reported this at the courtesy desk?

Pros: This location is cleaner than other Walmarts I've been to. There are products here that I can't find elsewhere.
Cons: The produce is poor quality, quick to spoil, and there isn't much selection. The pharmacy refused to answer my question about Adderall availability during the months long shortage, while the seven other pharmacies in the area I called were happy to tell me if they even had the medication my family needs to function. They cited a robbery from several years ago as the reason they don't answer questions about controlled substances and advised me to have my doctor send a prescription. The problem is that doctors can't send out multiple prescriptions for controlled substances. It would have really helped if they could have adjusted their policy in response to a months long national shortage.

Wow tried to call them since 10pm when they are open till 11pm when I left there around 930 6 people standing around at the customer service area but not 1 person can answer the phone. Very un professional.

Had an easy time making a return through customer service. My main gripe was tracking down an item that their website said was available but couldn't be found in person. I think this is due to putting certain items in end-aisle and mid-aisle displays.
