“This by far our favorite Truck Stop. Mr. Wilson "WilSUN" keep it clean for muthertruckers lol he exemplifies exceptional customer service. He should be the sanitation manager 5 stars for him and 5 stars for Joyce Pro Drivers work hard to get goods delivered & we appreciate it when someone like JOYce will go above &beyond to make sure we have something hot to eat at 2am if only she could train the other guys & gals behind the counter to greet folks with a pleasant smile & to work while they're at work : ) this location also has plenty of parking & thanks to Wilson it's clean. “se habla español! Spanish is spoken here and it's nice to see a bank cater to the nearby population and ethnic groups. In and out quickly for a bank transfer and withdrawal. Normally I use the atm outside for cash when visiting the nearby pharmacy. Seedy neighborhood but that's no fault of the business, just the reality up here on the hill. Be aware of your surroundings and I'm sure you could score some "stuff" across the street.”

“I must say after reading the reviews I was a bit hesitant going here as my usual drug store was out of my medications. Pleasantly surprised. With insurance I saved a bit over 10 bucks, without it they would have saved me over 450$. I'm not sure of the pharmacist's name, but she was very pleasant. I did hear some tomfoolery from behind the pharmacy counter but nothing vulgar. The parking lot is a wee tight, but as long as you are not driving a semi truck it is navigatable. Exiting can be an issue, but if you are smart about it you can make a right and turn around if need be. This was based on first experience, we will see if they hold true in the future.”

“I financed my Harley with Belco. replacing it with an indian and taking the loss and Belco has the lowest rate around. Digitally signed the docs, emailed in the backup paperwork and have a check in hand the next day. When you complain to the branch, they make changes. Not necessarily immediately but they do make changes.”

“I have the same complaint at every PNC branch: it's always easier to use the ATM for deposits and quick withdrawals. I tend to not go to the counter unless I absolutely have to deal with a teller for something. Thankfully, that hasn't happened often lately. The last time it did at this branch, I needed large denomination bills and was told the manager didn't order enough so they didn't have any. No matter, I walked across the street to mid Penn Bank and exchanged the small bills for large. This branch does not have the best hours as they close at 4 PM Monday through Thursday. That's not very convenient, but I suppose there's not enough business to justify staying open that late during the week, except for Fridays. I have several accounts with PNC and have banked with them for over 25 years. No major complaints as far as big banks go. Lots of ATMs nationwide, always a good thing.”

“Convenient location near shopping makes this a regular stop for me with our company's business banking. One star off for low staffing (seemingly always) and occasional longer than normal wait times. Staff is always friendly and quick with transactions. However, when there's only one person working the counter and 5 customers come in, it's gonna be a bad time. Same with the drive-through, sometimes it's quick and sometimes the long lines take forever. Full service bank for all of your personal and business needs, FNB is a large corporation with many locations to serve you. Reasonable interest rates and banking fees are good. Long wait times, not so good. Good bank, probably just better to use the ATM sometimes.”
