My family and I have been using Crown Trophy in Stevens, PA for more than 15 years and for the last 5 the organization I represent, Berks County Latino Chamber of Commerce, has been extremely satisfied with their service. Amanda always treats us well and she gets our order done on time.

Thank you Beth & Staff for the awesome job you did making our award. You were all very helpful and accommodating to our needs and our time limit. The staff stayed in touch with us and worked very hard to make it perfect. You went above and beyond. The award was beautiful and Tom really loved it. Thank you again for all your hard work.

Great experience with Crown Trophy! They have been making our local soccer club's tournament trophies for several years now and every season complete the job on time. The personnel help me select the right trophy and the tournament players love them.

Terrible experience. I walked into the shop and encountered to employees who looked at me, ignored me and proceeded to have a 15-minute conversation without acknowledging me once. One of them did manage to answer the phone and have a long conversation with a different customer who was not in their store. Eventually I just left. I am not impressed. There are far better deals to be had online and it surprises me that a local business would risk me going to another option. I represent several gyms and sports clubs in the area who will no longer rely on on this business.
