it would be zero if I could. I kept saying that there is something wrong and that a Real Doctor should see her they refused and I went to see her and we had to rush her to Ephrata Hospital because she was unresponsive when we spoke to her and she died a week later.

My husband passed away peacefully and quietly last week. The care he received there for the last few months of his life was amazing. The Gardens at Stevens is not fancy, but the caring he received from the nurses and the aides, made my role as his caregiver for many years so much easier. They were respectful and so kind to me and up to the moment of his passing which I was there to hold his hand, they kept me informed of every change .

i am a veteran the va health care system assigned me here to rehabilitate from an issue with gangrene. i have asked three times, and the assistants/aids have informed me they have asked the nurses but in over an hour i have yet to see a nurse to bring me the medications i am authorized to take, or to explain why i can not have them. my first night in the facility and they are unable to maintain my medical regimen. i can only presume it is because they do not have the medicines i need on the premises or they are un-willing to issue them.

My Father was one of the many that died of covid here. They didn’t protect their residents. I hope there is legal action as the rate of death was much much higher here than normal. Do you want to trust them your loved one?

During my stay here, all the nurses and staff where very helpful and friendly to me. I enjoyed playing Bingo and games activities provided. I also enjoyed the times we where able to go outside. The therapy department was very helpful and friendly during my stay here. I would recommend staying here to someone looking for a nursing facility.

I think it's great here. The food is good, and I really like the activities. I volunteered here for years and found a home.

The skilled care here is fine. They seem kind and are attentive to the medical needs of the residents. The food is horrible and regularly inedible. I don't know where the issue is but this needs fixed as malnutrition is neglect.
