The staff are very nice, the manager very nice and helpful my question , and the receptionist very helpful and on point with my questions . Highly recommended . Had a warranty repair with my Jeep wrangler with the corrosion on the hinges .

Brought my car here to get repaired. quality of work isn't there. After i had picked my car up my passenger door wire harness was pinched and does not work anymore. That's been causing my battery to die since the vehicle thinks the passenger door is open. I've been jump starting my car every morning waiting for them to fix it and when i brought it there a week later they are refusing got fix it. This was never an issue i had before the accident or after the accident. when i picked it up from the body shop i ran into all these issues. Jay the manager claims he did not touch or remove any components on the passenger door however the original estimate from Geico my insurance company paid him to REMOVE and INSTALL all components. Jay also recommended that i delete this review or else he will "blast me" all over social media. The quality of work at this shop is hideous i do not recommend bringing your vehicle here for repairs as it will be returned to you with more problems.

Friendly staff, I was greeted by EVERYONE who I passed by. I went for an estimate had a 10am appointment and was seen at my appointment time with no delays. My estimate was completed in a timely manner, and I'm extremely satisfied with the service I received.

So thankful I chose Brown Daub!! They dealt with the insurance company to. make sure we could use Genuine GM Parts! Made sure it was allcovered even though it wasn’t the insurance companies body shop and I had my car back quickly. Thanks Mike L for all your hard work! It looks as good as new!!

I have a Jeep Cherokee and even tho the place did and amazing job. The receptionist was horrible don’t have any class on how to treat a customer. Was really rude as soon as I walked in because she hasn’t had her lunch.And also swiped my card without asking me for and amount. Was screaming and yelling that she couldn’t reverse the payment back. I end up writing a personal check after she messed up my account for a week. Didn’t get An apology or anything. Place needs a better customer services.
