“I’ve had tons of trouble with other pharmacies getting a cream compounded in a base that doesn’t irritate me. Professional Pharmacy listened to me explain what was going on, and make the cream in the base that I requested, now I can use the medicine without irritation! I felt very heard, understood, and cared for by the staff here. This is why I choose to get meds from them and pay shipping over from a more local place that lacks the quality of care that Professional Pharmacy provides.”

If I read it right the chicken pack said you pay 5.80 but as I scanned it the price was 8.00 plus. I'm sorry if I had my Weis card maybe it would have been that 5.80 but as I see it if it said you pay 5.80 it's 5.80 card or not. This is why I don't shop their most the time. It was late an I need chicken for my sick dog..”

“Even the self checkouts don't work. Way understaffed with cashiers. The employees are terrific, but don't waste your time with the store manager. It's "not his fault" . He's "only been here 3 weeks" and customers are the problem. Save yourself a headache, drive to Reading.”

“By far, the best pharmacy for special orders, compounding etc. I live in another state and this is the only pharmacy that my physician will use. Whenever I need a refill, they are always so kind and courteous. If the physician calls in the prescription, the pharmacy will then call and contact me, letting me know that the order is being worked on and can they charge the card on file? I wish I could use this pharmacy for all of my Healthcare needs!!”

“The hours are a pain, compared to the larger chain pharmacies and there's very little product choices on the shelves in the store and what IS there, is NOT cheap. I only go here to pick up my friends and family member's prescriptions. I DID receive a lot of helpful information from the pharmacist and THAT is something that I don't ever get from CVS or Rite Aid!”

I can say that I’ve personally had more than one interaction with the manager that was extremely positive. He really knows his stuff and couldn’t be more helpful, always willing to answer questions and provide direction. Overall, I would highly recommend visiting this location. They always have the medications I need and even helped us find an in-stock medication they didn't have at another store. I had issues with a medication being $900 a fill and they helped me locate coupons for it and auto-applied them going forward. They always took the time to assist when needed.”
