“This is the pharmacy my family uses, for my husband, myself and our 18 month old, we never have issues getting our medication and we don't have to wait long either! I recommend coming here to a big pharmacy like rite aid or CVS or Walgreens. They always have all the medications we need, and they're very kind as well!”

“Our cat, Mr. Sadie Hawkins, requires transdermal steroids for a chronic condition. After struggling with a large, mail-order pet supply company, I switched to Professional and wish I had done it sooner. It immediately changed Sadie's life. He is finally doing well. ?”

“Best Pharmacy I have ever dealt with for over 15 yrs. Moved to Pottstown for a couple of months, big chain Pharmacies were a nightmare. So happy I m back in Reading. Went right back to Birdsboro Pharmacy. When I was diagnosed with my health issue my medication was explained to me by the pharmacist. The assistants that work there are awesome.”

“Heather, Heather, and some more HEATHER! My mother and I have had our prescriptions filled by her for years and the connection she creates, services she provides, and care for her patients are unmatched (believe me, I've been to many pharmacies throughout my life). Even when I had a struggle switching my prescriptions to my new area, Heather was the one I called for some guidance. She is incredible!”

“I’ve had tons of trouble with other pharmacies getting a cream compounded in a base that doesn’t irritate me. Professional Pharmacy listened to me explain what was going on, and make the cream in the base that I requested, now I can use the medicine without irritation! I felt very heard, understood, and cared for by the staff here. This is why I choose to get meds from them and pay shipping over from a more local place that lacks the quality of care that Professional Pharmacy provides.”

“I drive up there from Spring City to go to the Pharmacy because they have my medication in stock. And if it’s not it doesn’t take them long to get it. These big chain pharmacies are still waiting on back ordered meds. I don’t know how they do it but they get you what you need. Very polite staff. Very knowledgeable. So it’s worth the 40 minute drive.”

“Amazing store and pharmacy. With a special need daughter in wheel chair, the pharmacist came out for "curbside" vaccines every time for her, knowing the difficulty in transporting AND with the associated anxiety with vaccines. Also, expert advice on daughter's other med needs over the phone...what to do, what not to do. After being with the disasters in CVS audubon, rite aid, and multiple stores, this is the old-time, hands-on, small-town pharmacist who probably remembers every customer and what's going on. After all, it is B town and Gville area.***NOTE: Only negative and THIS IS NOT THE PHARMACY, a business manager, vendor, corporate person maybe, a Woman I had heard openly expressing personal views on topics inappropriately, inappropriate language. In other words, bigoted comments. I only know the name Terry / terri/ Taylor?? Haven't seen that woman since, maybe she was an auditor, drug sales, vendor and they Discontinued that service.***”

“We picked up some crab legs for her. My bad tho, I wasn't equipped with the right tools (mallet). So she improvised. The meat pulled effortlessly through the shell. Very sweet flavors. She loved them!! Thank you Maxi and Don!!”

“We came here for COVID-19 PCR testing as negative results are required for our upcoming international flight. Drive-thru process was easy enough. You have to register your request online. Once you answer initial screening questions, you'll have to make an appointment. The trickiest thing for me was to upload our insurance cards since I could not use texting options. Time limit of 20 minutes to register seemed long enough initially, but it became a fight against time since I had to take a photo of cards, crop them and upload them. Epic failure, but as the saying "If at first you don't succeed, try, try again!" goes, so I got my photos ready to upload, and then tried to make appointments again.Actual test was a drive-thru affair. You show up on the appointed time, drive up to the window, provider will go over necessary patient identification questions, double check your registration information, gives you test kits, and supervises your self-administering test process. She instructed us to deposit test tubes in a bin and told us the results will be ready in 1-4 days. You had to establish CVS account online when you received an email. We were so happy our negative results were posted in two days. Airline requires testing done within 72 hours of departure, and obviously 96-hr turn around wouldn't have worked... I think it's an expectation management technique. It all worked out at the end!”

“Even the self checkouts don't work. Way understaffed with cashiers. The employees are terrific, but don't waste your time with the store manager. It's "not his fault" . He's "only been here 3 weeks" and customers are the problem. Save yourself a headache, drive to Reading.”

“The staff has always been helpful, courteous, and professional. If, for some reason, the doctor ordered something that was not in stock, the pharmacist would order it. Best of all, they get to know the people coming in for service.”

“The other afternoon I went into Rite Aid to buy antibiotics because I was very sick with Lyme. Kathleen the lady at the desk was so amazingly kind. I just want to thank her, because it meant so much, at that time in particular, since I felt so horrible, that she was so compassionate and caring.”

“I have been with this pharmacy for about 4 years. Never had a problem and my medication are always on time. One day my insurance didn’t cover one of the medications and the technician offered me a coupon and prize went significantly down. I understand the pharmacy is sometimes sort staffed and for me it is not a problem going inside to pick up my drugs.”

“We recently switched from Walmart Pharmacy to Rite Aid and the folks at Rite Aid are always friendly, helpful, and aim to go above and beyond to provide good service! So happy we switched.”

“Tesia went above and beyond to take my passport photo as I was limited on time and had to have it done today. Despite working alone in the store, having one machine down and having to get paper for the other, she did it all with a smile. Oh and this is the 2nd CVS I went to as the first was unable to assist as their photo machine was down. I’m thankful for customer service reps like Tesia that go above and beyond for the customer.”

“The pharmacy staff are always courteous and respectful. I am always welcomed by name. They always outperform my expectations as turning a normal 15min wait into 3min. Kim and her team are the best!”

“Extremely clean store, the floors shine, and very well lit. The merchandise is organized and arranged for the shopper to find what they need on the shelves. The cashiers are pleasant. My pharmacy experiences have been positive. Vaccination was private and a breeze, no wait. I simply asked do you have time today and when would be a good time to come. So the pharmacist gave me a timeframe to stop in and it was very quick and not busy at that time. When front register was down in a storm, the pharmacy did not make me wait, they rang me up as the only active register that day, despite having Rx to fill for other customers, in between those fills, no problem.”
