Why in the world would you shut down the kitchen area at lunch time for repairs or whatever the issue is? Food under the warmer is old and not fresh 90% of the time. Absolutely stupid store. Can’t wait for the new Wawa to go in and run this place out of business.

How is this place even open. Simply disgusting. All the food in the warming station is nasty. The buns to every sandwich is rock hard, the pizza is so dried out and the same with the hotdogs and buns that are below are so hard they could break a window. The kitchen is always shut down too and that's mid day. I'll never come back to this place ever again.

Do yourself a favor and stay away. The guy with the tattoos and goatee is the most unhelpful person I’ve ever seen or dealt with in my life. I know it’s hard to hire but honestly…..you can’t get someone who WANTS to work? It’s a customer service job. Do better Turkey Hill. No wonder Wawa is destroying you.

You cannot pay at the pump. When I went inside to pay and question the reason since no other place I know of requires this, I was verbally abused by the man behind the counter (Andrew?). Left without getting gas and took my business elsewhere.

The coffee is good but only powdered milk? Had to buy a quart of milk for the coffee!

While getting a gas the machine would print out a receipt. I asked the cashier who is a guy with a long beard and thirty years old and gave me an attitude. He started giving me grief since I did not give him exact amount. I told pump number two and was 56$ approximately. He was disrespectful and I will not use this turkey hill anymore in Douglasville Pennsylvania. Bad service.Michael Anderson

Yesterday I saw an employee be so rude and using very offensive language to a man who had a simple question about store products. Then he said he was the owner!!! It was so bad I was disgusted and I could never go there or send someone there again.

Every time I get a drink from there it smells like old chicken fingers. I later found out one of the employees eats chicken fingers while stocking the cooler. So every drink has nasty chicken grease on it. If you dont want to get sick dont buy their drinks. ATM machine outside had a glob of someone spit on it for over a month. Told the cashiers about it over 3 times and it stayed there. I think the atm guy was the one who cleaned it. Now I just went yesterday nov 7th 2021 and there is a sticker in the middle of the Netflix touch screen... this makes me wonder how often is that door cleaned, or the coffee pots, the roller grill, ect ect. Some of the employees are nice but that will not change the unhygienic and laziness of this place. Just go to wawa or 7/11 less than a mile away.
