I had my car detailed at Jim’s last week and once I got it home I noticed there was a huge crack and impact mark on my rear windshield.
According to Jim’s, this was on my car before they detailed it. But at no point did they reach out and mention that, they did not document that the crack was there beforehand, nor did they say anything about it when I picked the car up.
So it seems most likely to me that someone dropped something on the glass and hoped I just wouldn’t notice for a while.
When I called and asked them about it, I was met with a “oh yeah, we saw that beforehand” and a “we’ll discuss it and call you back”. They didn’t call back, and when I followed up they offered no assistance whatsoever.
Needless to say I won’t be rushing back to Jim’s.

They messed up my car. They said they washed the interior and then it started smelling awful shortly after they said they cleaned it. When I took it back to let them know about the problem, they said no one had complained before and said it is my problem. They also asked me to pay more money to have it cleaned there.
I will never ever go there

I've been using Jim’s Detailing for years for my window tinting needs, and Gabe always delivers excellent results at a fair price and in a timely manner. Over the years, Jim’s Detailing has worked on various cars for me, including a Ford F150, two Teslas, several Mercedes Benz vehicles, and more. Regardless of the vehicle, the tinting is always perfect. Additionally, they applied PPF to my Tesla, which has done a fantastic job protecting the front of the car and has held up well for the year and a half it's been on.
I recently had another car done, and as always, the service and quality were outstanding. For those considering window tint percentages, I recommend 15% for excellent privacy that isn’t too dark to see through at night. I’ve tried 20% before and found it too light, especially with a light-colored interior. Jim’s Detailing remains my go-to for window tinting and PPF needs and I highly recommend tk friends, family and colleagues alike. Thanks Jim’s Detailing and Gabe!

Did a great job on Hand-washing the car and detailing on a friends car. Would definitely recommend this local store in Devon / Wayne. Instead of the Machine wash stores, I definitely go to this place which is almost the same cost as the machine washes. Tip - Please call in advance to make your appointment
