I am astounded at the bad reviews. We never have a problem with our mail delivery, and when I ship at the post office (which is A LOT!) I never have any issues. Always prompt, polite, and helpful.

I had a large Amazon package delivered to my address by Strasburg Post Office. Was told that it was delivered inside of my mailbox. The package was way too big to be put inside the mailbox! The package was sat on top of mine and my neighbors mailbox in the pouring rain! The package was drenched and so was the original box inside that the item came in! It was a baby bottle sanitizer that has to be plugged into electric. The item itself was even wet! I am very disappointed with this post office! I wish I could give zero stars! Mailman was too lazy to put the package on my porch!!!

I would give zero stars if I could. This location charges extra postage unnecessarily, complete scam. Worth the drive to another location.

Tis' the season for lines, but well worth the wait when getting to the counter. She went above and beyond to help me on a busy Saturday morning. At this post office you feel like a friend not a #. Great customer service is key.

Just got my box today. They delivered it to the wrong address.. the box was placed with address right there. Delivered it to the wrong house on purpose or they are just down right lazy!!!! You don't like your job, get a new one!

The mail lady ( not much of a "lady") is so rude, she claims she can't get to my mailbox when it's between 2 cars that are literally 35 feet apart ( I measured) she is the rudest person.

They really need a new AMERICAN flag. The current flag is severely ripped and its embarrassing that a federal building would have a flag that looks like that hanging. Take some pride I your work and this country please.

I am beyond fed up with this location. I resorted to getting my items from amazon shipped to a locker because our mail-man is too lazy to leave anything on our porch that doesn’t fit in our mailbox. Fortunately, each time this happens Amazon is gracious enough to credit my account. I truly believe the carrier is stealing my items to avoid delivery. I’m beyond frustrated with their service and the incompetence of their staff. Items have been damaged, missing, or stuffed in our mailbox so tight that I had to rip apart the box to get it out. I have called several times to complain, each time they make excuses for their lazy staff. Extremely frustrated. Based on other reviews on here, people are dealing with similar issues. This office should definitely be reviewed.
