Ordered a few things online…. Decided to go to the store and see about what they had in person.
From the moment I walked in great customer service and the store manager is awesome!!!
Got me in a new bed room set same day!

Everyone at Aaron’s are wonderful people! They are good and honest hard workers. I’ve never ever had an issue and they always work with me when I am unable to pay a certain week. Penny and Ryan ty so much for being so kind and helpful!!!! If I could give them 100/10 I would!

I’ve been a customer with Aaron’s for 8 years , paid off over 10 different things . Our local store closed I was transferred to another store , then that store closed and was told this was my new store , then I was told I don’t have any leasing power . The Women store manager at this location told me sorry there was nothing she could do for me . I spoke with a district manager that said she was wrong . Anyway Poor customer service , and lack of business training in these “managers” is why this company is tanking if I had to guess. Rent a center , treated me very well . Excited for this new relationship . Hope you guys sort things out !!

There are some nice products. For the 5 minutes that I was inside, Nobody came out even to greet me to ask if I need any help. the prices are reasonable. I am looking for a couch, but I guess I’ll be buying it in a different store.

My fiance and I went in on a whim and walked out extremely happy... The store is in beautiful condition the customer service was amazing we had the pleasure of dealing with Penny... All of the staff was extremely friendly and professional will definitely be using them again and highly recommend....thank you guys so much... We will have our new living room furniture next week.

The spvsr kept hanging up on me when I've asked her their policy of moving equipment. They expected my wife to bring down the washing machine & dryer down a whole flight of stairs when there's two big men there. It's a Liability issue she stated. Never dealing with this piece of shit company ever again. Good luck if you're elderly or disabled. I hope they close down for good!!!! Yeah I said it!!! Go to Hell!!!

Store is under new management...Penny is her name and its 1000% better now that shes there. Anytime i have a issue she resolves it almost immediatly...Highly recommend to shop here...i used to live in scranton and shopped at the nay aug store and this store is up to par like that one...wow!!!

I want to start with I am so satisfied with the new management at this location!!! I was with this store a little bit before Penny came into management. The staff never was bad but there definitely were some well needed adjustments. I had a problem with my couch that took over a month to be addressed. This issue was resolved within 2 weeks under Penny's management. The gentleman that do deliveries Nick, Matt and John were all friendly, professional, and are a good representation of this location. I now feel comfortable and will continue to be a customer here. Highly recommend! A picture of my now NEW couch is attached below.
