“I run a small custom dog gear making business that focuses on Service Dogs and my embroidery machine went kapootz during a custom order. I searched high and low for a repair shop with quick turn around time and found this place within a half hour from home with hours that were easy to work with my own work schedule. Staff was amazing and helpful and the machine is running smoothly and WAY quieter than it was earlier. We got a full service and it was under $150 and finished within a week of dropping it off.
