The ATT store has top notch customer service. I went in for a $5 SIM card and came out with lots of assistance in setting up mobile WiFi hotspot in my RV. All my future purchases will be made at the Stroud Mall location. BEST!

When I thought my smartphone was it goner, and that I was going to lose everything on it, anna at the AT&T in the Stroud. Mall was able to transfer all the data onto a new phone. Anna was very knowledgeable and personable, and I appreciate it all the hard work that went into picking out a new phone and transferring the data.

My family and I went for upgrades and Christopher was amazing. He was patient, knowledgeable, understanding and while helping us with 3 upgrades he was still attentive to other customers coming into the store.

Manager Derek White plays games on his phone at work. Doesn't answer questions. Asked me illegal questions. These are the employees at the ATT store in Stroud Mall. I took some photos of the Manager having fun in the store. This is all very strange. This is the first time I've seen this.
