Nick, the manager, is awesome. He's efficient and very friendly. I tried on a lot of glasses and he patiently help me choose a pair. Excellent customer service!

Nick from BJ's Optical is very kind and helpful. He doesn't give you the runaround when you go there with an outside prescription. When there are sales, the value is very good!

Get my contacts here regularly. The service is great and the contacts arrive a day or two later.... The longest I've ever had to wait was 4 days. They're also cheaper than Walmart.

Love BJs optical for my kids! Found same pair of Timberland glasses that our eye Dr. Wanted $400+ for, for $113 (complete pair with polycarbonate lenses and prescription)! Love their $15 replacement plan too! If they break or bend (once or multiple times throughout the year) they will replace them with the same pair for just $15! With kids, glasses can get broken so easily, having that peace of mind is wonderful! Always pleasant and helpful staff on-hand too -Thanks BJs Optical!

Don't bother going to this BJ's for eye glasses worst service ever l bought a pair of glasses they were made wrong 4 times and still waiting for 45th pair now over a month they say back ordered. We went to Wal-Mart had a new pair 5 days
