Most disgusting produce department of any local store. I constantly recieve moldy fruit. We purchased strawberries yesterday and I fully accepted there would be at least one with fuzz on it. What I did not expect was to have several so rotten they practically liquefied between the others.

It's a great store they offer a ton of variety and great prices but the deli... the deli is an issue? Would it kill them to put more people on? It took 30 minutes to serve one customer with 3 items. She asked for pastrami ham and Swiss and it took 30 minutes it shouldn't be that way I can go to any other store and get better service. Put someone else behind the counter or hire another employee. One who is a little faster?

Compare the items on your website to the items I purchase at the store. A double pack of cream cheese. You charge $11 for I pay $6 and I won't go on with the rest of the items that I compared. You are way too expensive.

I usually get my lunch meat and cheese at the local BJ’s. Prices are better but nothing aggravates me more than to go in there at 4pm and there is one person behind the counter. Don’t tell me you don’t have the help! More employees need to be scheduled around this time. Someone needs to learn how to write a schedule! It’s ridiculous to be 5 numbers behind. Not good customer service!

Always stocked, good deli, friendly and helpful staff, good deals and coupons. Always, always, always a line to check out. IMO, that's the worst part.

Ray the assistant manager Is very understanding! Even thought there was a slight misunderstanding from bjs employees but Ray came to the bottom of it and resolved the issue. GOD NLESS!

Seems to be a weekly shopping stop when I am in Stroudsburg. Sometimes I pick up a bunch of things on my list, sometimes just a few.I have noticed lately, less name brand products and more Wesley & James BJ's brands. Also seems to be out of items periodically. Not sure the reason, but what the heck, it seems everything is blamed on "Supply Shortages" now.

What you buy today the next time you go there it no longer available. This goes with cat litter ,health care products, graded cheese , it's nowhere as good as it was ! Very sad ! ! !

Our family has a membership at this BJ's and we shop here almost every week. Their prices are fair and they have tons of coupons in their circular that make their prices well worth the cost of membership. The store is well kept and they have quality stock. Members can also get gas here at a discounted rate which is a nice perk.

The place is filthy the check out lane usually has only one open the short haired old lady that checks your reciepts is nasty and slow. Been there twice and Sam's club beats this place hands down. You can only scan and go 20 items (probably because the low life client tell that shop here) the place isnt worth a membership at all.Drive 15 min and go to Sam's trust me its worth it.

Completely disappointed in the checkout staffing. Women assisting doesn't notice or care 7th in line waiting 20min for the one and only cashier, who is slower than sin. Finally some one else notices and opens up. She responses to my frustrations with it is what it is. She also said if I don't like it don't shop here. Her cashier number was 377373 just in case someone from B.J's cares. It's a shame we're is the manager I ask and get no response out of her, nothing. Management should care more about there customer satisfaction! Sad to see the way things are going.

Prices are higher than at sam's you get name brand less than you pay for bj Wesley farm brand at sams would rather drive 25 minutes to Sam's than the 10 minute ride to bjs
